Fred Ch One of the most disorderly and rude lawyers and staff that can be mentioned works in this office, which twice wasted my time with complete rudeness. The first time I was invited to meet from the farthest point of Melbourne, an hour and a half drive away, and the interesting thing is that the receptionist and the secretaries did not know if Mr. Finns lawyer was in the office, and more interestingly, they never made an appointment for me. Many phone calls and phone messages and emails that your time is set at 12:30 on this date (22/23/22) and unfortunately I did not receive any phone call at that time and after a few hours I was called and completely rude I am told that we gave your time to someone else and set another time for you. If you sign a contract with this law firm, I have to tell you that you lost the game

The outlook wasnt good and my options to go back to my career being a builder werent good my situation had just gone from bad to worse, which I could never have predicted. She said take a sit and Herny will be with us shortly and in under 10 minutes I me and my father were greeted by him and were shown to an office to talk privately and my current situation. Herny listened to my story and told me not to worry he had extensive knowledge about how the T.A.C. works and about the no-win no pay if he was to take on my case. Then after we had finished talking with Herny, I left feeling happy and confident about him taking on my case. Once we left everything worked out great with his professional staff and team of kind, friendly and hard working lawyers on the case. Henrys team worked for me to get the best outcome possible and in the end, after everything I was told, it worked out exactly what we were told by Herny right from the start in our first meeting, and it exceeded all expectations. To make matters worse they then even missed crucial filing dates and lost my case, having to go somewhere else and then won after incurring costs and losses because of this firms mismanagement Absolutely do not recommend to anyone, ever.
