J W Poor conveyancing service, makes lots of mistakes, haphazard diligence and care in our opinion. Forgetful and required frequent follow-ups or needing to be chased up. This wastes clients time and energy when you are already busy. This is clearly not what you would expect of a so-called top law firm. Having purchased and sold quite a few properties in the past 20 years and previously used the services of a number of different law firms for property conveyancing, this is one of the worst experiences I have had. Would never use their property conveyancing services again and felt we wasted a lot of money engaging them.

Dan DO NOT waste your time with this place. I have never had to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence… I am a victim of a crime and I had been assigned Faryaal for well over a year. In this time all I got was blunt, short unprofessionally phased emails. No showcase of the work completed as she couldn’t provide me with my own evidence. She was not at her office and would frequently dodge my calls. She then made a massive mistake by not overviewing my documents even though I had asked her on numerous occasions to double check and she had nearly a month to do so. Ultimately, if your matter is serious your better just representing yourself through the use of AI than actually getting involved with such people. All I got was complaints about her pay through Vcat although I had not seen what she had been doing for over a year as my solicitor. Smoke and mirrors.

My mother has tried to contact Justin over and over to have the estate distributed in a timely matter, and he has done nothing but prolong the process. Bryan McGlade They helped with getting the power of attorney completed for my mother. We had trouble getting a suitably qualified witness and they provided this service. For simply witnessing a signature it was relatively expensive I thought. That said they were friendly and efficient. Parking is also a big problem in the area so allow plenty of time to find a spot

Tom I have used Septimus Jones and Lee for three seperate conveyancing jobs and on every occasion they have been brilliant. Contracts have been reviewed promptly and in detail, and they pushed through one settlement in 30 days with no issues at all. And in contrast to the previous review on here, I found their pricing very reasonable and comparable to the market. Recommended.

Jeremy Charles I bought a property from their client with a 45 day settlement. I had booked cleaners, removalists etc, for my current property the day after. I was also due to return the keys to my real estate agent the next day. When this mob got wind of this, they delayed the settlement and claimed they needed to draw up a contract agreement, for me to get the keys before settlement for a fee of $750 extra - like they werent making enough from this deal! It seems as though they delayed deliberately to make a few more dollars - even the vendor(and my solicitor) was not happy with them for the duration of the process. Do not use them!
