Boris Marrone Horrendous. I have worked with 4 different Conveyancing companies over the last 3 years. And I decided to give Francis & Torrens a try for the sale of my property in April 2021. As a professional who works with companies in the service industry on a daily basis; I dont take this review lightly. This was a very bad experience, far below what is expected and required. They are unresponsive, no attention to detail, and when contacting them over the phone at times simply rude (Madeleine at reception). Would not suggest anybody engages Francis & Torrens Conveyancing. There is way better out there.
