What started as a relatively simple sale of mums home before moving into retirement village turned into a nightmare (for me anyway) with 2 caveats / a jumpy purchaser who was looking to cancel contract / an unexpected bringing forward of settlement / a late request for a sale price discount / and finally mums unexpected passing away.
