Throughout the process, communication was a significant challenge. There were instances where phone calls were not returned promptly, requiring multiple follow-up attempts. Additionally, emails often went unacknowledged, necessitating my proactive efforts to confirm that all required information was received.
Regrettably, some emails were overlooked by the team, leading to delays and missed actions that were crucial to the transaction. This lack of follow-up impacted the overall efficiency of the process.
In comparison to other conveyancers Ive worked with, my experience with Lawcorp was less smooth and less satisfactory. I believe improvements in communication and responsiveness would significantly enhance the overall client experience.
