I have decided to go elsewhere due to being let down when I most needed them and you have to call, call, call, call and call and they still dont get back to you. If they do call back, they rush their responses and no attention to detail. Not very professional. I am referring to the conveyancing services only.

Constantly misleading, seems he didn’t even read the will and little knowledge of the law when it came to wills Strongly recommend going anywhere else unless you are prepared to, like us, engage another lawyer to actually get the job done.

1 /5 Noelle Fakhoury: I dont think Ive ever experienced such unprofessional, and rude customer service. Lack of attention to detail, work not completely done, we were left scrambling at the last minute to finalise things they were supposed to be taking care of. Overcharged at the end, compared to initial estimated costs, added on the extras that we did ourselves, and refused to itemise the costs when we asked for a breakdown. Truly horrible experience.
