1 /5 angela kane: Dont use this business if going through divorce settlement. They shouldve said no they dont have experience we wouldve gone through another firm. We chose based on convenience of location in case we need to repeatedly go to their office. They dont pick up the phone, are not in the office, are not professional, only respond via email, only leave general contact not a direct person to speak to, and all docs were provided and given to them with clear instructions with settlement amount and they OVERPAID other party!! Have to try and retrieve funds now! No apology, no settlement statement!! Settlement was also very late we thought was other party but later found out it was their complete incompetence and inexperience which caused us to be 2months passed settlement date! Complete debarkle! You get what you pay for in the end. Very unhappy and very sorry we used this mob. I agree with other reviews, must be fake.

1 /5 Aaron Murphy: I wish I could give them zero stars, because they dont even deserve one. Settlement was continuously crashing and we had to sign the same forms more than once on multiple occasions because they kept making basic clerical errors such as incorrect names and dates of birth. Also failed to produce relevant documents within the legally required timeframes despite ample time. "We will get onto it right away" generally means "I will do this at some point in the next two weeks, only after you have made numerous emails and phone calls." The purchasers conveyancer lost money on this file because of all the additional time they have had to spend chasing up House of Conveyancings carelessness and negligence. As they say, "you get what you pay for"! Buyer beware!

1 /5 Richard Fetherston: So many issues involving a delayed settlement in which I was the purchaser. If you look at all of their reviews, they just provide excuses instead of solutions rather than trying to seek any feedback for improvement. They were even rude enough to use my wifes full name in their response to her review! Including her middle name! After our settlement was delayed by them due to their error, we had to fight tooth and nail for 3 more days to even get them to agree to a license agreement. They were clearly in no hurry, even if it meant we had nowhere to live. If they cant even give basic privacy in their google review response, how can you trust them with your settlement? Avoid them like the plague.

1 /5 Hazel F: Do not engage with these conveyancers - they held up our purchase of our house by over 1 week despite agreeing to a settlement date. Our conveyancers were unable to contact them for days and if they reached them, they would hang up mid-conversation. Unprofessional is an understatement.
