1 /5 Huy: My experience with this conveyancer was incredibly stressful and disappointing. Zlata represented the vendor in a property I was purchasing, and unfortunately, her lack of communication caused significant frustration—especially as I was overseas on holiday during the lead-up to settlement.
From the beginning, communication was difficult. My conveyancer made multiple attempts to contact Zlata regarding important matters, but often received no response. One key issue was a simple request to extend the settlement period from 19 to 30 days, which we raised shortly after signing the contract. Despite the request being straightforward and reasonable, we never received a clear confirmation of whether it had been approved. Instead, we were met with silence for weeks and eventually told—close to the original settlement date—that an extension would come with additional fees. The lack of clarity added unnecessary stress to an already time-sensitive process.
To make matters worse, I received emails from Zlata containing information that had nothing to do with me, which happened more than once. This raised serious concerns about attention to detail and the handling of confidential information.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and lacked the professionalism you’d expect in such a significant transaction. I would not recommend this service and hope improvements are made in the future.
