1 /5 Vic Fkiaras: I made an appointment on Thursday last week to see a solicitor in regards to making an injury and a medical malpractice claim. The appointment was made for 4pm on Thursday the 5th. They stressed that I be on time as their office closes at 5pm. They phone me on Friday and ask if they can move the appointment to 3pm. Again stressing that I be on time. They phone me yesterday (4th) to confirm my attendance and to ensure that I be on time. I arrived 5 minutes prior to 3pm and was told to take a seat as she wouldnt be too long, giving me the impression that she was in the office with another client. After 25 minutes I am told that she is stuck in traffic. My time is just as valuable as the next persons. Not even a phone call to let me know that she is running late. This is by no means a way to make a first impression. If you press me to be on time and you are in excess of 25 minutes late to the initial appointment do you honestly believe that I would place my trust in your capabilities to represent me? What I was shown today was total disrespect. This is not how you present your services to potential clients. I suggest you brush up on your time management and common courtesy skills, because this has cost you a very lucrative client.
