They made an error in calculating the reimbursement amount, resulting in a $3,900 discrepancy. Despite my numerous follow-ups, the issue still needs to be solved. My last communication with them was a month ago, and upon following up today. This entire experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. From a legal service provider, I expected a higher level of accuracy and proactive communication. Regrettably, this was not the case, and I am left feeling let down and with unresolved financial concerns.
