I urgently needed this done as I was overseas and if I had done it in the country where I was, I would have had to waste time, energy, and money to go myself to the department of foreign affairs and department of justice to get it stamped. Charles was very kind and agreed to help me. On the same day, Charles replied to me that he was happy to help.
