1 /5 A A: Very poor experience. As first time buyers (pre 2020), there was little communication or direction. We had to chase up critical documents which were apparently sent via post but never arrived. We only knew to chase these up from friends who told us we should have received them. The way we were spoken to was very poor, at one stage being told Were doing what youre paying us for!. We were referred from a local real estate - maybe knowing they are guaranteed business, makes staff more inclined to act poorly to clients?!
EDIT in response to owner: We purchased prior to the pandemic! You are the correct business. We did raise it with your staff and real estate agent who referred us. Unfortunately, nothing changed. You treated us poorly and disrespectfully. Judging from the other feedback, we are not the only ones who have had a negative experience! :) :) Annette - you should really speak to your team about how they speak to your clients.
