1 /5 Gracie Butler: I would not recommend this firm. Expect to pay too dollar for to be spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. Since Mandy’s departure six months ago, I experienced a serious decline in service quality, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Requested tasks were frequently ignored or mishandled, and I had to repeatedly follow up—often to find the work not actioned, incomplete or incorrect.. As a client with a disability, agreed-upon accommodations were not upheld, which I believe amounted to discrimination. I was also not informed that my original lawyer had retired, only told they were on leave. Despite providing feedback and raising concerns multiple times, my complaints were ignored. I was charged premium rates for services I did not request, while the matter still remains unresolved after over a year since originally hiring them.

Got a better result than I was expecting in the end, and all due to their hard work. Will definitely look at Ballards for my legal needs in future.
