1 /5 M D: My Experience
I initially contacted Anuja to request a cost for sending a letter, providing all the details of the matter in great detail. She advised the cost would be $500, which was not the cheapest quote I had received, but I was happy to proceed.
When I followed up to formally engage her, I received no response. I left a voice message, but no one returned my call. The following week, I followed up again and was told that neither my email nor my call had been received.
After I formally engaged her, I sent through the requested information, including a motor repair quote and a copy of my insurance cover note. I was then informed that I would need to deposit $2,200, as she claimed she needed to look through documents. Anuja is not a motor claims expert, so I do not understand why she needed to charge $2,200 to review an insurance car quote. I also question whether she could fully understand all the information, as she openly admitted this is not her area of expertise.
This did not make sense to me. My experience was that she was argumentative, rude, short-tempered, and unprofessional — behaviour that I found completely uncalled for. I chose not to proceed and instead engaged another professional, who was willing to write the letter for $440 with none of the nonsense Anuja gave me.
On my personal experience, I would not recommend Anuja at all.
