Our circumstances changed midway through our campaign which required special conditions be included in the contract. I placed more than 20 calls over a nine-day period to get this resolved, and either received a wall of silence or a lack of clarity over when this would be rectified.
Finally, the afternoon before our auction, the special conditions were included, which initially weren’t even written in our favour and required editing.
Four clauses took nine days to resolve, which took a toll on us as we had no confidence in the team delivering the job. Due to the ineffective, reactive experience, we lost buyers as they couldn’t complete their due diligence in the short time remaining before auction.
I even had to engage another conveyancer who provided general advice free of charge and was more proactive in the one conversation I had with them than All Points was through the whole transaction.
A really poor experience.
