April Fever Always a pleasure coming to see the team at Signature Smiles. Youre greeted in such a friendly manner when you walk in and youre treated with such a high level of care in the chair. Dr. Arora is an excellent communicator, with a great sense of humour and always makes you feel at ease. The way the staff are seen interacting with each other with genuine respect and care is the same treatment you get as a patient. They are honest, transparent and know their clients which has built a strong level of trust since my first appointment in 2020. Highly recommended. The practice itself is very welcoming and an inviting space.

E. An I had an emergency filling put in today. Dr Sandeep was very good. I am very happy. Ive had an emergency put in a couple of times at different community dentists and they simply do what is require, just put in the new filling. Dr Sandeep took an xray of my tooth and explained to me what the xray showed and what needed to be done. The finished tooth looks fantastic! The filling was done so well you cant even tell the difference between the old tooth and the filling. All staff were friendly and welcoming, over the phone and in person. Thank you.

In addition to the excellent work that Ali did, the reception staff at the practice were, every one of them, fantastic to deal with. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and made me feel as though I was the most important patient they’d ever had, an approach I’m quite sure they extend to every patient. Recently, I asked if I could have my teeth whitened, He explained in detail all that needed to be done before we could proceed, took a few weeks, but let me tell you well worth the wait. After two weeks of using the mouth guard and gel, the difference is mind blowing. Ive not stopped smiling since, so if you are thinking of having this done, go for it....You wont regret it. H L Not a very good experience with the reception and cancelled the appointment as a new patient. I called the clinic in advance to ask about out of pocket fee for my health insurance and the staff said I could just come by and she will check for me. Come to the clinic another day, and the receptionist said she could not check unless I have an appointment for the day. I told her about the phone call and she changed her mind magically that she could check for me now. Wait for her to finish all the other phone calls and customers to check for me. The receptionist was very unclear and vague about the cover and the fee, repeating that they are doing a special offer that is very worth the money….. Just don’t feel it is a clear to customers about their charges and fees from this experience. I don’t think would ever come back.

Helina Murdoch Saw Doctor Eva in 2024 for my check up during pregnancy . I knew of my existing two cavities (I usually see a different dentist but since I’ve relocated had to opt for a new one). Dr Eva noted after an appointment of clean and check that I have 11 cavities and the works will be $1800. I was baffled -no photos/x-rays were shown to me to prove this . I made another appointment at a new dentist not with this practice (this time with a dentist recommended by a friend and not just trusting Google reviews) and they confirmed I only have two cavities and took thorough photos of my teeth. I would avoid this dentist if you don’t want to spend $$$ on issues you don’t have . I’m glad I didn’t go ahead with this “dental plan”

From initial appointment where we came up with treatment plan, to all the in between questions, emails, extra appointments (my end) to the day of the procedure. Dr Tran was honest, helpful and made me feel at ease completely. I couldn’t recommend enough!

picalmedia I was referred to Dr Tran and his wonderful team about a year ago for bone grafting and dental implant. Ad someone who bit the dentist when they was 5, I was absolutely terrified. From the very first appointment I felt entirely comfortable and reassured. Dr Tran was kind, understanding and just a lovely person. He explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. We came up from Phillip Island and it was absolutely worth the trip! Dr Tran even made sure that I had adequate analgesia for the trip home! I could not recommend Dr Tran and his ye more highly.

Ive never felt somebody take my pain into consideration so much. I was insured through the entire process. Now I am more than happy To recommend them..

Dianne Hawkins My second implant with Dr. Tran, would not go to anyone else . He makes you feel relaxed and explains the process so you can understand what’s going to happen over the next 7 months. It’s not a scary procedure and for me was totally painless. I’m now 2 weeks away from completing my dental work and can’t wait to see my new tooth .

Ewan Campbell Adrian and Heidi are my favourite dentists ever, and Ive been to a lot of dentists! My previous dentist proposed porcelaine veneers at second mortgage prices but Adrian saved my smile in a much better way and at a fraction of the cost. They care more about teeth than money and will always fit you in at short notice if something goes wrong. I used to dread my checkups but now I look forward to the catch-up!

Tarsh Mateus I had a horrible experience. My appointment got moved forward because the staff wanted to leave early. I came early and said I was anxious and that I might need to stop and start the clean. The dentist was so unsympathetic and basically said they couldnt do their job because I had to keep stopping. Instead of taking time, they charged me $220 for a clean, floss, put a varnish on that clumped on my teeth and outside of my mouth and was kicked out all under 30 mins. It was disgraceful. My partner also had a bad experience when he had some intense work done and they forced him to pay and didnt give him a chance to fix the payment an hour or two later. Money hungry dentist. Unprofessional. Never going back.
