Rebecca Windle It is an honor and privilege to be a part of the DPT program at TWU. This school does everything with excellence, really cares about their students and is constantly looking for ways to learn and improve what they already have. Plus, the building is a beautiful place for those late night/ early morning study times that are inevitable. :)

Melonie Henderson I just had the worst experience ever. I called the school (because it was highly suggested) to get some information about the MFT degree/program and I was told to go to the website. I asked if she was able to provide specific detail and she said. Well. I can read to you whats on the website. For a moment I thought she was joking. I even chuckled until I realized this was the actual contact for psychology. Uh...NOT THE SCHOOL FOR ME!
I had a thought, maybe its because of my race or age. Because I could not prove that narrative I immediately changed my thought. If she cant provide me some assistance,I can only imagine what support system they have for both the students and or teachers. Fact is! If this advisor represents the face of the school its to be expected that the staff and school would be the same. This is the reason I believe this school is not for me. My reality is, I would be misshandled and mistreated.

Jasmine Brennan Volunteered here in high school. I found them to be discriminatory of anything different towards me and their students (race, ideas, lgbtq). While other students (of a lighter shade) were allowed library or office work, my sister and I were given bathroom and cleaning duties. We were also not allowed lunch breaks during our volunteering. We were often being talked to in a condescending way. I can never stand by an institution that can be so cruel. How I wish I could go back and tell myself to find something else for volunteer credit. I hope the local high schools have gotten rid of the volunteering requirement because they do not deserve the help. God help anyone that steps through their doors not knowing who they really are because he is not in their hearts.

Josie Do This has been the worst semester of my life. Scripture is not sufficient at Criswell. The president writes open op-Ed’s against Dr. Criswell’s own teachings. Professors slam different seminaries and bible schools almost daily. Truth is relative. Satan has won.
Get out before it’s too late. What a shameful college. Criswell would be ashamed this school is still under his name.

Haleigh Bramer Honestly if you want to go to a school and learn some fun things about the bible Criswell is the place for you. Their teaching staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you are trying to get a degree within a reasonable amount of time consider somewhere else. With little to no online classes offered, a small staff, and few classes available Criswell makes it very difficult to graduate. I am currently seeing how many credits will transfer to another school after finding out that Criswell will not except 23 of their own credit hours. I got married and had two babies so I took three years off. They will not accept some classes that were required under the last president. I left needing 9hrs to graduate and now I have 30 and there is nothing I can do about it. Big waist of time and money.

Adria Gaston Criswell College is an amazing community with overwhelming, strong, sound biblical teaching. The staff are gracious and a joy. The professors are a rare breed of godly men, who are passionate and well knowledgeable in their particular fields. I am pursuing my BA in Bibilical Studies with a minor in Humanities. Im currently in my second semester and the school has changed my life and afforded me so many opportunities to pursue and be an impact on Jesus ministry. I would recommend this school to all who are looking for a focused, intrense study of the bible and other areas that will make an impact on the ministry.

Geri Antoine I love TSCU. Faculty is great. Lots of courses offered that are a challenge, but when you realize your contributions to doing the work - you feel great! Costs are affordable. By the time you graduate you’ll have your courses paid for. You can pay in a lump some or pay as you go. It’s awesome!

Nicole C I was exposed to this University after being invited and attending their 2023 Spring Commencement Ceremony. Texas Seminary Christian University is a unique private university. The administration and staff is a great group of individuals that love each other, as well as show love to their students. Their drive, determination, and grit for viewing education in a totally different lens is what sets them a part from other universities in the area.

Kathy Celis I start June 2017, the process to start was smooth and very informative about my class ,financial ect. At first with medical terminology it was great was learning ones we was done it just went down hill. The teacher gave us mostly book work here and there she would lecture but to go to school and actually learn honestly I didn’t. I mean great staff and students but the school needs structure and teachers that know what there doing like Ms. Johnson. Just make sure you think before coming here I have a student loan and didn’t learn how I wanted too. Hope this helps

Rhodes I wish I could give this place zero stars. Every single staff member I have been in contact with has been rude and unhelpful. When I complained I was told they were in the process of moving to a new location. I have attempted to visit their new location at 10830 NCX several times this week at and it is worse than the previous one. No air conditioning, homeless people outside yelling and harassing people and none of the staff show up on time. The three times I visited this week between 9:00 - 9:30 am and this lights are off and the place is a ghost town with students lining the hallway of the building waiting for staff to arrive. I waited until 10:30am and finally gave up on this place.

Patrick Thompson I did my Masters of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL) with BGU. BGU helps you to grow in your calling as a leader. They provide relevant courses that cater to your current struggles and areas of help. Every leader needs to understand how they are wired, what your primary calling vs. secondary calling is, and how do you remain a healthy leader and grow your team well. Bakke helps you to see how God has designed you for work within a certain place/ community of influence. BGU will introduce you to perspective of servant leadership which will change how you lead yourself and others.

Felicia Ang It started with a paradigm transforming MBA that led to a holistic life transforming DTL journey - bridging the gaps from knowledge and concepts in the mind ... to conviction, revelation and truth in the heart ... so as to live out the person He has called me to become!
BGU has indeed been the BEST investment for me, my life is forever change and my gratitude is beyond words to everyone in BGU!!!

Marlene Hines Bakke is a Christian university which provides a theological solution to urban problems in a manner that is applicable in a religious, government, business and civil environment. It provides an academic approach to Christianity as it relates to God and His plans for the transformation of the world from suffering, wars, chaos and death to a state of perfect peace and gives each student the opportunity to become aware of his/her role in Gods plan. The online classes are great and are complemented by the face to face City Immersion courses which allows the student to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to study a city in details and present Gods solution which may include a combination of a spiritual, social, and economic approach. The experience is transformational.

Lisa Bass This program is an absolute joke. Do not waste any money and save your child an unnecessary disappointment. It’s a slap in the face. These are young adults that are just navigating through life ,and you drill into them that it is necessary to hustle ,beat themselves up ,work on two hours of sleep or no sleep at all, skipping meals and jumping hurdles that you throw them, but no grace whatsoever is given on your end. Another case of adults letting the future down. It’s perfectly fine for your child to learn a lesson in pushing themselves to achieve their goals, but it’s another thing for adults to use their level of power to intimidate and crush them. The program is a scam. They only want the money they do not have the future success of the children in mind. So much for Christian morals. I’d much rather have a nurse that knows how to take care of me versus knows how to take a midterm/final.

Jenny Cates Had an aweful experience. I was told one minute I was right were I was suppose to be to finish up my last course and graduate. Then I wasnt. I was bullied by student and professors, threatened, told I was not a christian. For a Christian School like Baylor you would think professor would teach you not just discard you. Dont go to this school for BS,NP, or DNP.

Mayra Flores They changed the curriculum and are always so unorganized. That might explain why so many were failing and the whole program is on probation with the BON.
If they are kept open, they need to provide students with better resources and lecture material that teaches topics that are actually on the exam. They need to hire professors who can actually teach and not just read off the powerpoints. Additionally, that old school mentality of "laboring for your grade" in clinical is some how still practiced here. If I could go back in time I wouldnt have wasted my time here.

This school locks study rooms as a way to punish students, disabling students from using rooms on campus to study. Insane considering there’s BARELY any quiet study spaces on campus. This school is a disgrace to all healthcare students and healthcare professionals.

Dr. Sanders and her team knew who they wanted to hire but instead, had me and potentially others waiting for a prolonged inevitable rejection letter. As an ETAMU alumni, who is now pursuing his masters, this was a very frustrating experience and will not be applying for ETAMU again.

Lakisha Igboh This is by far the most unprofessional school ever. Their rude and ghetto over the phone. No customer service.
They have had me running in circles just for trying to enroll in classes. No one return calls or emails. Theres a lack of knowledge on their employees side. I sent transcripts that the advisor claims that they havent been uploaded, but yet I dont have any holds. This school has made me feel discouraged and like I am in a ponzi scheme .
