Jazmin Ramos I cannot say enough amazing things about TLE Pearland. Our family has had such an amazing experience bringing our daughter here and can truly say it has been a godsend. We love the curriculum, importance of play, and her teacher was amazing overall. If you are looking for a safe center to place your child, I would 100% recommend this facility. They have been great and such a light for our family.

Josephine Mitchell Etzkin We have a toddler and an infant who go there. Kids are always happy to go to the teachers and seem to be happy when they’re there. They provide a lunch and snacks to the kids; and have a consistent nap time for all, so it makes transitioning classes easy

Jamilah Brooms TLE has been exceptional in every way. As a parent of a child with mild autism, finding the right daycare was important. After calling numerous facilities, TLE stood out with their welcoming and inclusive approach. They not only accepted my son but also seamlessly accommodated his ABA therapy sessions on-site, which I preferred over a dedicated therapy center. Their collaborative spirit truly shines throug, the staff regularly met with my sons therapists to implement necessary adjustments to his care plan, ensuring everyone was aligned in supporting his development. The 20-minute drive to their facility was absolutely worth it for the quality of care he received. While were now transitioning to kindergarten, Im genuinely sad to leave. TLE has provided an invaluable preschool experience that exceeded all my expectations. Their commitment to inclusive education and willingness to work with families of diverse needs makes them truly outstanding.

Chantal Gatson Primrose has been an amazing school experience! Our son has learned and continues to blossom so much! At 2.5 he can count in Spanish and has a really good appetite and experience when it comes to trying new food! The staff is always very friendly, helpful and communicates with anything that may happen during the day! As first time parents this really puts our mind at ease! I really appreciate the kindness they show everyday and love! Top tier at all times and we are forever grateful!

Erin Marek We absolutely love this school! We have been with Primrose for almost 3 years and the grounds and the classrooms have always been well kept and inviting. The front office management has always been communicative, responsive, and willing to work with our needs. I have also loved all of the teachers in each classroom! As a first time mom I was so worried to drop my 4 month son off but I quickly found that the teachers were so loving and attentive that it really put my mind at ease. Not to mention that as my son got older he was progressing really well cognitively and academically. At two years old he could count to 10 in Spanish! And we can’t forget the amazing potty training progress he experienced at 2.5 years old. My son was successfully potty trained and I owe a lot of that to primrose. We love this school and would enroll our future children here as well. Thank you Primrose!

JustBriTaylor_ I’ve been with ivy kids since my daughter was a few weeks old and my son was around 15 months (she will be 2 in a few days and my son just turned 3). When signing them up there was waitlist and shortly after enrollment, the previous director retired and a lot of senior staff left. With that change I was skeptical and nervous about how it would impact the daycare but I’m happy to say that they have an amazing staff. Jessica in the front is always kind and willing to assist with any issue, always accompanied with a smile and friendly demeanor. Dawne, the new director is also very friendly, alert and aware everything going on in the facility. Ms Nikki provides the meals for all the kids. She is kind, always in a happy cheerful mood, she speaks to every kid and greets every parent every morning! Jessica, Dawne, and Nikki knows each child by name and greets them every single morning I kid you not. The infant A&B teachers were nothing short of amazing when my daughter was in their class. She can be standoffish but she was always excited to go into class and see her teachers which spoke volumes. My kids loveeeee Jnaie or as my kids call her “Ms. Naenae” in the toddlers class (she started when my son was still in that class and is currently there with my daughter who is about to transition out). The toddler class had a high turnover at one point but Jnaie has been consistent, attentive, informative, and communicates very well with me and other parents from what I’ve seen. Ms Taylor and Ms Shanta oversee the 2A/2B and are also amazing! My son is high energy as most 2-3 year olds are, but they are able to calm him down without being rude mean or aggressive to the point where my son lovesss coming to school to see them. They both communicate with me very well when giving updates on my son’s progress which I’m thankful for. The staff beyond the 3 year mark I’m not overly familiar with as my kids haven’t been in their class yet, but I do see them in passing at times and they are also sweet and attentive which I appreciate. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and have no intentions of leaving!

Ali Brown We had to move my grandson just became unhappy with Ivy Kids in Pearland. My daughter spoke with the now director she said she would call with a solution to the problem we had but NOTHING! Then when she decided to make the move no one called to follow-up, no one reached out, no one made an attempt to check to see what she needed. He was there for 3 years we were so excited for him to start but now...... we decided for him to go. Ivy Kids please do better in reaching out to parents with concerns. Follow up and through to each parent with any concerns. I am a very dedicated Granny and also in Education as well as Papa who is in Education as well. This will be the first time I have written a review with a dissatisfied complaint.

Tonya Wilkerson I am so happy that my daughter has Ms. Shon and Ms. Jayla as her teacher! She has learned and grown so much in their class. She always wants to practice what she has learned with me including her numbers, sight words, and spelling! They are very welcoming and open teachers who are always able to give me an update on how my daughter is doing. They are very attentive to her development and needs. It’s hard to leave your kids in the care of others but I totally trust Ms. Shon and Ms. Jayla. Thank you both! Ms Shonte is awesome! She is so nurturing yet maintains a structured class for my son’s development. She is always so vibrant! She is truly one of a kind and I am so grateful to have my son in her care.

Nick Kray We absolutely adore Ms. Juliana! Every single morning, she greets our son with the warmest smile and the kind of love and care that instantly puts our hearts at ease. Her energy, patience, and genuine affection have made such a positive impact—not only on our son’s day but on our entire family’s experience. It’s clear she truly loves what she does, and that makes all the difference. Honestly, her presence is one of the biggest reasons we chose to be here. Thank you, Ms. Juliana, for everything you do—you are a true gem!

LaRon Haywood My family loves this school! We cant thank them enough for all they are doing for our children. Our son is 1.5 years old and he has progressed very well since he has been a student there. I as a parent love how much they care for not only the childrens development, but also the parents development to be sure they are growing with their children at home as well. They have brought me in to teach leadership lessons and it was a full room of fully invested parents and I loved working with them as well! Thank you to Montessori School of Downtown for loving our kids as their own!

Allie Meyer We absolutely love the Montessori School of Downtown! From day one, our son has been welcomed with so much love and care. His teachers, Ms. Melanie and Ms. Juli, treat him as if he were their own, and it truly gives us peace of mind knowing he’s in such nurturing hands. Since starting here, we’ve seen incredible growth in him—his curiosity, independence, and confidence are blossoming every day. The Montessori approach has been amazing, and the dedication of the staff is evident in everything they do. I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my child to learn and thrive. If you’re looking for a school where your child will be loved, encouraged, and given the tools to succeed, this is the place! Highly recommend!

5.Berry Miller Junior High

(60) Reviews Berry Miller Junior High:

El Gato This school is by far one of the least recommended I have gone to. Firstly, there is a RAT and a ROACH infestation, so we cant eat in the classrooms. Now, not eating in the classroom should go unsaid but not to prevent pests from entering the classroom. Its too normalized and is not talked about enough. While, yes, pest control does come to the school once a year, their actions are barely reflected on our day to day life. There is reports of mice in the hallways, theater, and art classrooms. As for the roaches, theyre seen in crevices, on the wall, its absolutely insane. Next, the poor economical decisions made by the school. Tell me why we have three TVs in the cafeteria that play the same PowerPoint presentation but the school lunch barely looks edible besides a few things. With the addition of Bobcat Hour and the "snack line" the school is a bit more enjoyable but it doesnt take away from the main issues that are present. The athletics program seems to be good, having that the soccer team is now managed by coaches here and not Dawson. A concern though is how its not separated into 7th and 8th grades teams like other sports. The education here is... not the best. For starters, the 8th grade science teachers are much worse than compared to the 7th grade ones. One has a tik tok account, one reads off a PowerPoint, and the other cant control her students. The math teachers for 8th graders are not as bad as the science ones. Though if you are in advanced math (PAP Algebra 1) youll be forced to watch series of video notes rather than be directly taught by the teachers themselves. History teachers are pretty good, the three of them seem to know what theyre talking about. ELA teachers, mostly just assign Quill or Study Syncs rather than again, directly teach their students that have large knowledge gaps on basic grammar. The drama and rumors spread throughout the school is inescapable and influences the school deeply. Overall, for a junior high I would not recommend going here if youre considering options.

Fredrick Llenos About to graduate from here. My experience here was horrible. The food was horrible except for a few meals. Algebra sucks. Youre supposed to teach in a classroom. Not tell the kids to watch videos. The only fun Ive had here was playing with friends. You rarely get good and fun teachers. And boys PE is way different from girls. The girls get roller skating and cpr. While the boys only get basketball and ultimate football and matball. And sometimes the coach just puts balls out and lets us play.

Marissa Platt When I started searching for a daycare I read all the reviews I could find. Turns out the best one i could find was about 35 minutes from my house. TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE!!! This kiddie academy had the best reviews and I see why. I absolutely love this place! My kiddo has been going here just about a year, and loves the staff. They are so kind, caring and you can really see that they develop relationships with the kiddos! They truly go above and beyond and if you are thinking about this daycare for your child you should do it!!!

Montana McGrath I love that the owners, Jason and Nancy, show their love and dedication to the community by going above and beyond expectations. They are on site daily to help, observe and teach the staff and the children. The director, Christine, is great! She truly loves her job and works very hard to make sure the children and the families are happy and the center offers the best care and education there is. Jesse, the assistant director, is so loving and caring towards the children and families, she helps keep everything running smoothly! Holly, the curriculum coordinator, makes sure the classrooms have everything they need and helps the teachers, kids, parents and other staff any way she can! The teachers are great! They are kind, caring and loving. All in all, the center provides quality care and my family and I are very thankful for all that they do!

Magen Mindoundou K.A.P.W. Is an amazing learning environment for children. My daughter always enjoyed coming here for their summer program!! They always hosted fun events for the children to attend and you can really tell that the teachers and Directors love to care for the children. Mrs. Sabrina was always very warm and inviting everyday we stepped in the building. This place was a true blessing to find for me and my family.

My wife has a PHD in education curriculum, we studied all the curriculums around and in her opinion this is the BEST ONE. My kids are doing GREAT and learning so much. They even worked together with us to help my kids outgrow some habits. I absolutely without a doubt recommend Kiddie Academy. A lot of my coworkers whos kids attend other schools we share notes and by far I am glad we made this choice. Rafael Santana

Especially, Teachers here are fantastic, they are great with my children and the most important thing is I feel they are in a safe environment. Which is highly important for me and my wife. Moreover, new management is great, and they have been very supportive to our individual needs which makes our lives a little more easier. Highly recommended for parents to send their children here. Derek Hulyk Our kiddo has been at primrose from 4 months old to two years and four months and our second has just started - we’ve been really happy with them the whole way through! 1. In each class, there’s been at least one head teacher who gave detailed updates each day, engaged with us when we have developmental questions, and gave us helpful feedback. They have done a good job of using the Procare app to keep us updated with pictures and food/bottle/potty updates. 2. They have kept us informed on incidents involving behavior of our child or others in the room as well as if our child is seemingly sick vs. having a fever. I think they do a good job monitoring the kids and keeping parents updated. 3. It’s just a nice environment. Management staff working the front desk are always friendly, they know my kids’ names, and they regularly redecorate / keep the place lively. 4. There are fun events for Halloween and in the Spring that have been fun and been a good opportunity to meet other parents. We’ve met some others in the area thanks to these events and have been able to make some friends / coordinate play dates. 5. We like the learning curriculum and activities planned each day. It’s fun to witness all the development (social, emotional, and educational) of our older son that he’s gained directly from school! All in all, we’ve been very happy with Primrose!

Katie Bell Our son has been attending Primrose since he was 7.5 months! When we moved to TX, we were nervous and anxious about finding the right daycare until we toured Primrose of West Pearland. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming and the Director is always available to answer any of our questions/concerns. We have loved all his teachers as he has moved through the Infant classroom to the Toddler classrooms. Our son loves going to school everyday!

Kimberly Valdez We love Primrose School of West Pearland! Everyone is so kind and caring and makes my son feel special. The school is very, very clean, and you can tell everyone from the teachers to the director takes pride in their classrooms and school in general. My son looks forward to going to school every day, and I feel relieved when I leave him in his classroom as he stays happy playing with his teachers and classmates. He has allergies and they are very careful with his diet and that alone gives me so much peace of mind. I recommend Primrose School of West Pearland to anyone who is looking for a quality daycare. I highly recommend it.

Andrea Cedeno To say what a blessing this preschool has been in my son and our lives would be an understatement! My shy quiet introverted son did not like being left anywhere and that quickly changed with this preschool! I have never seen a better layout and curriculum for kids at this age! My son now gets excited everyday to go to school and see his friends and his teachers! A huge thank you to the staff and owner for all they do!

Renee Larson We’ve enrolled our children at three different preschools over the years, and while each has their good qualities, ABSea simply stands out among them as the best. The quality and caring of the teachers, staff, and owner is unmatched. They are all deeply invested in their children; this is not simply a job for them. The student teacher ratio is the lowest I’ve ever seen, so the children get much more interaction and supervision than they could elsewhere. My children have always dragged their feet entering school after a while, but not here. My child sees the building as we are at the stoplight nearby and calls out “A B school! Yay!” And when we leave in the afternoon, calls out “Go back AB school.”

Liz Mc My family loves A B Sea Preschool. My kids are excited about school and love all the activities they do each week. We picked A B Sea for the play based curriculum and caring teachers. We can easily communicate with the school through an app and we get picture updates throughout the day. If you are looking for a fun learning experience for your child I would recommend taking a tour so you can see the bright, fresh classrooms and engaging play areas they have designed for each group.

Also thank you Chloe, Office Manager, Helene, reception desk and Kelly, piano teacher! These ladies are amazing as well as the other staff members who are always so kind and professional! Glenda Escobedo My daughter has gone a full year of pre k with Little Stem and she has grown so much academically. I searched for a school for 2 months prior to little stem and toured the school in an open house that was held. This academy uses technology as well as hands- on learning for their students. It’s also easy to reach the staff through an app, and are very approachable. The staff uses the app for updates and announcements in addition to photos of your child through their learning day. I highly recommend this facility for your child to grow in every positive way! Oh and the kids wear the cutest little scrubs as uniforms.

I would not trust anybody else with my child. They have cameras where you can watch your child all day long, which is a huge plus When you are new to a school. The best part is they also, our christian school and they teach your children about Jesus. I love NGA and I highly recommend them!

S Diaz Our daughter has attended NGA for a little over a year now and we are so content with our decision to place her here. We were nervous as she’s been home with us but loved that they have WatchMeGrow app/cameras in the room to check in whenever we want. As our first daycare experience we have been so pleased with the facility, the classrooms & teachers, the efficient communication, and amazing staff! The director is always incredibly responsive to any emails I send and she is present often during drop off & pick up. I’d encourage parents in the area to check NGA out as there are many chain ECCs in the area & while I’m sure they’re great, NGA is so unique and makes you feel like family.

Courtney Scully We have been at this Primrose location for about 5 years now. My daughter is now almost six and does before and after school and my son is two and attends full-time. We cannot say enough great things about the teachers and staff! They engage our kids so well and care about them. Communication is amazing and they keep us well informed. My daughter is in the top of her class at Kindergarten and on her way to being able to read and my son can count to 20 and that is thanks to Primrose. We love all of the events they put on for the children and the support they give to us as parents. Would highly recommend as a save, fun, loving learning environment for your children.

Katy & Jeremy Liner All three of my children go to Primrose - all in all Ive had about 9 years of experience with this location, and we did private kindergarten at their sister location in West Pearland during the pandemic. This is a safe, clean, respectable establishment with good leadership and excellent communication with the parents. My oldest two children have gone all the way through their education program, and now do the "Explorers" program after Elementary school. The daycare buses them from school directly to the daycare, which is a huge help for us as working parents. The Explorer teachers help my children with their homework each week, which is also wonderful. With us working, it can be hard do do homework/dinner/extracurriculars/etc all in those few hours after work, so this extra time and help for them is a blessing. My youngest is currently in their preschool program. Like his sisters before him, I expect him to be more than ready for Kindergarten. We like to reinforce his education at home, so we appreciate the communication from the school about what he is learning. They also communicate effectively about any issues he has with other students, and things like what illness may currently be in the classrooms. I would definitely recommend this place to parents.

Kristian Hart If a 0 star rating was possible, I would choose it. This was a trash school with even worse staff. The 2 years I went here were probably the worst years of my life. Teachers don’t care enough to help you with anything (personal or school related) unless you’re one of their favorites. I experienced a variety of bullying, as I’m sure many other students have. Cheers :)

Kevin Nguyen Shout out to the front office for not giving me detention even though I was tardy a lot. And thanks to Coach Thompson who taught 7th grade science. Had no business being a teacher.
