kandra logan I will definitely commend my sons teachers. My problem is with Administration and the Intangible Owner. Today the Director of the center decided to kick my 22 month old out of the daycare because she claims he needs one on one help. The Director made the suggestion for ECI( Early Childhood Intervention) and then obviously tapped out on the path way of his development. My son was playing with a toy and another child took it, he had a tantrum.
He would fight and cry every day when I took him in. It was negative energy. They was so ready to dismiss my son, who has been predetermined to be nonverbal, but did not want to give back my money for care I paid for.
Kayla was way better of a Director. Samantha is extremely professional and was very pleasant to work with.
Ms. Jody does not know how to talk to people. She has berated me about my sons funding of his care in front of others. She seems disgruntled. She refused several times to give me the owners contact information. She believes she is the say all be all. Ms. Jody was not accommodating to my sons needs. I believe she discriminated against my son and his mental health needs. I believe she is the reason the facility has a high turnover rate of employees.

Sabrina Siddique I give 5 stars to all the child care providers here , they truly care about the kids and Ive never had any issues with any of my 3 kids. The reason for the 1 star rating is because I can see how little the owners care about their employees, who have one of the toughest jobs !!! No Im not a former employee , Im just a parent that appreciates these wonderful child care providers . They dont get paid enough, and I get that its not always a wise business decision to just give everyone a raise, how about we start with a coffee machine in the kitchen so the ladies can at least enjoy a cup of coffee for 10 minutes, catch their breath for a minute and continue . Start somewhere, they deserve more .

Gin I had the worst experience dealing with this daycare. In the beginning when my children first started attending the daycare, everything was calm, cool and collective. But as time went by, I took notice of things such as the uncleanliness of the facility. There was times where my youngest daughter would come home with dirt on her shirt from simply crawling on the floor. I strongly believe it led to my youngest daughter, getting sick more often than usual. I also took notice of that they were not very organized. multiple times my daughter would come home with bottles that did not belong to her and formula that was fed to her. That was not her provide formula. The formula situation was very frustrating due to the fact that my baby used a special formula. Furthermore, majority of our time at the daycare, the staff was kind but when I did make the decision to pull my kids from the daycare, the staff and owner showed a very unsettling and spiteful attitude towards me, & made the process very difficult to get my refund.
With that being said, my piece of advice is
If you still end up choosing this daycare but you end up feeling the way I did. when you’re getting ready unenroll your child, if you have already paid for the month DO NOT unenrolled your child, make sure your child still attends, especially if you’re on CCS. Wait until the month is up and then unenrolled your child.
This way you can avoid dealing with the same situation I went through with having to get a refund.
