gracie smith My daughter goes here and absolutely LOVES her teachers at JCDS. The directors and teachers are always so friendly and actually talk about the activities and crafts that went on during the day. The willingness to help and answer any questions I may have is outstanding!!

Tiffany Kemp I have recently joined Jordan county day school , and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, ensuring each child feels safe and loved. The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with plenty of educational toys and materials that keep the kids engaged throughout the day. One of the things I appreciate most is the structured schedule that balances learning, play, and rest

Alyssa Lynn My son absolutely LOVES it here! We had him at a different facility and had some concerns that weren’t met with understanding. Here, they make us feel reassured, keep us informed, and most important of all, make my son feel comfortable and loved! SO GLAD we chose to enroll him here! 10/10 recommend.

Miyana White Necoles Learning Academy is a flexible opportunity for anyone with a busy schedule. Any email requests I sent in were always answered professionally and timely which I appreciated considering the work load the owner, operation manager and employees carry. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and recommend the Academy to individuals I speak with who are dedicated to shifting career fields. Lastly and most importantly, the curriculum/assignments are aligned to state licensing expectations. When sitting for the licensing exam I scored extremely high due to the preparation Necoles Academy offers.

Mariyah Bree Even though my course flew by so quick each and every one of the staff members were so helpful in the roles they are in. I learned so much and they made sure I was learning and confident before testing. I would highly recommend them! I’m officially a CNA now thanks to Neocle’s learning academy!

Shavone W. This is most certainly the best school ever. The hands on training is magnificent. Having hands on training allow students to practice in real time. When working at your job you will feel comfortable in the environment because the tasks were ones that have been practiced at this school. The owner is so pleasant. She truly cares about her students and is investing in their future with sharing her knowledge and skills. The school offers payment plans and flexible scheduling! If you want to invest in your future sign up for classes to receive a quality education. You will not regret it!

4.Longview Independent School District Administration

Address: 1301 E Young St, Longview, TX 75602

(25) Reviews Longview Independent School District Administration:

Shaun Shivers Worst schools ever. They Refuse to hire a person that has degrees in teaching. Yet employs teachers that have no degrees. No wonder our children are dumber than a box of rocks. The teachers themselves hardly have the ability to pass the tests that they serve to the children. They in most cases dont even have the ability to comprehend the materials that they are teaching.

celeste Ontiveros Some of the teachers & some other staff are great. Others are rude & snotty. They expect to tell you what you need at the last minute & if you cant afford it right then they talk down to you & tell you well you have to do it on their timing. I will not put the school before paying bills & feeding my children.

LucasFromNowhere As a student who actually goes here, I just hate how some of the staff are. Some of them cant even do their job and often let us just take notes and not help us. I understand that teaching is hard and I am just a teenager but theres more. I once had a school counsler in elementary school who lied about me having ADHD in which I dont. A lot of parents are having problems with that counsler and the school isnt doing ANYTHING to fix the problem. Now despite all this, not all staff in the district are bad. Sure some may be strict and all but AT LEAST they know what they are doing. Some staff would actually care about your child and how they are doing and would want them to be succesful. If anyone, at all, who is in charge of the district reads this, please fix your system. Hire teachers who CAN teach. If youre getting a rating from a teenager who goes in your district, you know that you need to fix your mistake.

5.First Step Learning Center

Address: 2307 Kingston St, Longview, TX 75604

(25) Reviews First Step Learning Center:

kandra logan I will definitely commend my sons teachers. My problem is with Administration and the Intangible Owner. Today the Director of the center decided to kick my 22 month old out of the daycare because she claims he needs one on one help. The Director made the suggestion for ECI( Early Childhood Intervention) and then obviously tapped out on the path way of his development. My son was playing with a toy and another child took it, he had a tantrum. He would fight and cry every day when I took him in. It was negative energy. They was so ready to dismiss my son, who has been predetermined to be nonverbal, but did not want to give back my money for care I paid for. Kayla was way better of a Director. Samantha is extremely professional and was very pleasant to work with. Ms. Jody does not know how to talk to people. She has berated me about my sons funding of his care in front of others. She seems disgruntled. She refused several times to give me the owners contact information. She believes she is the say all be all. Ms. Jody was not accommodating to my sons needs. I believe she discriminated against my son and his mental health needs. I believe she is the reason the facility has a high turnover rate of employees.

Sabrina Siddique I give 5 stars to all the child care providers here , they truly care about the kids and Ive never had any issues with any of my 3 kids. The reason for the 1 star rating is because I can see how little the owners care about their employees, who have one of the toughest jobs !!! No Im not a former employee , Im just a parent that appreciates these wonderful child care providers . They dont get paid enough, and I get that its not always a wise business decision to just give everyone a raise, how about we start with a coffee machine in the kitchen so the ladies can at least enjoy a cup of coffee for 10 minutes, catch their breath for a minute and continue . Start somewhere, they deserve more .

Gin I had the worst experience dealing with this daycare. In the beginning when my children first started attending the daycare, everything was calm, cool and collective. But as time went by, I took notice of things such as the uncleanliness of the facility. There was times where my youngest daughter would come home with dirt on her shirt from simply crawling on the floor. I strongly believe it led to my youngest daughter, getting sick more often than usual. I also took notice of that they were not very organized. multiple times my daughter would come home with bottles that did not belong to her and formula that was fed to her. That was not her provide formula. The formula situation was very frustrating due to the fact that my baby used a special formula. Furthermore, majority of our time at the daycare, the staff was kind but when I did make the decision to pull my kids from the daycare, the staff and owner showed a very unsettling and spiteful attitude towards me, & made the process very difficult to get my refund. With that being said, my piece of advice is If you still end up choosing this daycare but you end up feeling the way I did. when you’re getting ready unenroll your child, if you have already paid for the month DO NOT unenrolled your child, make sure your child still attends, especially if you’re on CCS. Wait until the month is up and then unenrolled your child. This way you can avoid dealing with the same situation I went through with having to get a refund.

Cheyenne Irby Staff talks about children/parents behind parents backs, treats their staff poorly unless youre in their "click". Also a very cluttered daycare and not very clean. They also let my 4 year old sit in her poopy panties because she cant wipe well on her own and when confronted, they say we dont wipe them at that age.

RedNeck Fisher snobby people who def look down their nose at you if you "look" like you dont have money. Irony, we do but dont flaunt it. Horrible communication to parents. Unorganized staff. When you discuss things with them, the excuse is always "Your child, your child, your child". They take no ownership when they make a mistake or apologize. Its basically always going to be your fault. We are looking into Hallsville or Pinetree isd.

Kris Hurlburt I was denied admission to SFA because the woman working the front desk spoke poorly of me. She resented the fact that I mentioned that our food donations shouldnt go to her church but the Highway 80 Rescue mission. I was hoping to study Biology. But based on what she said the University denied me.

Rosen Madolyn (Maddie) I wouldnt have graduated if it wasnt for East Texas Charter School and the amazing staff. I enjoyed my time there and my grades were much better than when I was in Hallsville High. The staff really cares about each individual child and takes the time needed to instruct or teach each child in the way they learn. Every child is treated with individuality and given what they need in order to succeed.

Chrystal Green This school has made a world changing difference in my sons life. It has made him enjoy school and learning again. It has helped him to come out of his shell socially and they have really supported his strengths, and even his weaknesses. The only regret I have about switching him to this school is not doing it sooner!

Chelsea Alexandra I took my 2 year old daughter here as an emergency drop-in and I came back after a 7 hr. shift of work and they had her running around in a pull-up that was not even hers. I had sent her plenty diapers and a change of clothes. She was not wearing them. The diapers were missing. Was wearing just the pull-up and a dirty shirt and her shoes. She panicked and got super upset when she saw me and cried... My baby has never been UPSET to see me. Always smiles. The next day I had to take off work because of this. ABC SON SHINE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HAD NO VALID REASON AS TO WHY MY DAUGHTER WAS UNDRESSED AND HER CLEAN CLOTHING WAS UNTOUCHED.

Abilene Metcalf This school says it stands on Christian values, that every child is a gift from God, and that it does not discriminate against any child yet the minute I disclosed that my son was autistic the director quickly became adamant about him attending there. She made a judgment without ever dealing with him or even seeing him for that matter. Mind you their handbook states that they make accommodations for special needs students. And that I quote as their hand book states “The accommodations must be recommended by a health care professional, local school districts or early childhood intervention programs.” Yet when I inform them that the CEO/licensed psychologist at Kranz suggested that he go a full day the director refused to EVEN TRY to allow my son to attend a full day. She claimed “she prayed about it and she thinks he would be best somewhere else.” As a person that works in education myself I know I would never deny a child without first giving a child an opportunity or even a fair evaluation. I am so disappointed in this school ! I will not EVER recommend it to anyone.

She really doesnt need lessons at this point but she loves to go so we signed her up again. She learned to dive from the board last summer when she was only five. Id been trying to teach her to dive for a while but she was always too scared. They had her doing it in no time.
