Lia Kim This was the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive when I politely asked for clarification. I left feeling disrespected and shocked. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to prevent this from happening again.

TK A great place for your child on hot summer days. Please come to this place if you have small children and be sure to bring a swimsuit and change after bathing! If you are not a member then please wait until 1:00pm to open! ( Only pay 17$ for Family)

Go Oilers Definitely may need some updates to this building and facility. There is a lot of whistleblowing that’s for sure. I guess if you have a little kids, it’d be great for kids under six, but I would recommend finding a different place if your kids are 10 and older. Not trying to be negative, but don’t expect something amazing.

Jraticus Maximus The fact I paid 17 a ticket but that was for the best seats in the house. Then the orchestra was very good the play was well produced and I loved taking my dr to see the little mermaid.

Angie Ng Watching Allen High School performance at this beautiful performance center, the lighting and sound system were really good. we have a full house today but the seats are inclined so the view are good.

Stephen C. Dayton Beautiful facility with lots of comfortable seats including a balcony. Sound was excellent in this hall where we went to watch the United States Air Force band play. Bathrooms were also available on each side of the entry into the theater/auditorium.

Yasbeth Espinosa After the horror of our first daycare experience, I am so glad we moved here. The staff at Rise really listened and cared about all hundred of my concerns and made my family and I feel safe and secure here. The owners are in daily, this alone should make every parent feel at ease. They have live cameras which also made me feel better as my son had a speech delay and the mama bear in me needed to watch (for my sanity). My son has really flourished with speech and socialization here. Rise academy is super organized and committed to excellence and I believe it is because they have an amazing team (director, assistant directors, curriculum directors, & owners) that work hard to continue to set a higher standard for childcare. The front office staff is always happy and greets you on your way in and out, and they know every single child! One huge bonus for our family, as we don’t know anyone in Texas, was the monthly “parents night out”, where we were able to bring our 3 yr old and 9 yr old from 6-9pm to give us a night to ourselves. How thoughtful?? Our kids never wanted to leave either! Miss Hannah was our teacher and she is a GEM. The way she speaks to the children, the patience and care she has for them.. the children just embrace her and love her to death. She has set the standard so high for us. We are so thankful for her!

F A My 3 year old son has been at Rise Academy for almost 2 years now. The teachers are amazing. They are very loving and caring. His old teachers still run to him to hug him and he runs to them as well. My son needs a protein drink daily to help gain weight and they make sure he always gets it. My favorite thing about this daycare is the front staff. They have all been the same since we started and that says a lot about the daycare. They always say hi and bye and you see them and the owner is there almost daily. There is very little turnover here. There are cameras you can access from your device and I did that constantly at the beginning but now I probably go 2-3 months without checking it. My son is so happy when I pick him up from Ms. Sandra and Ms. Lacey’s class. He is always playing and having so much fun with his friends. I also like that they have a splash pad and not a pool, for safety reasons. The school is always clean and they have fun events.

Phillip Martin Weve been with Rise for about 6 years now and couldnt be happier. They have excellent teachers, staff, and facilities, and their communication with parents is wonderful. Definitely check them out if you need childcare.

Lauren Valente HIGHLY recommend the Childrens Lighthouse of Allen! We temporarily had our two sons enrolled here (ages 1 and 3) while we waiting for our home to be built in another city, and could not be more happy with our experience. Every single person at this facility was extremely welcoming to our children, and truly made them feel like they were at a second home. Not only did both of my sons learn and develop during their time here, but also made a bunch of friends along the way! A HUGE shout out Ms. Benny, Ms. Ella & Ms. Rony in Room 2, and Ms. Daija in Room 6!!! We already miss you all so much. Thank you for having such a big impact on our lives :)

Jay We have been the Goddard family since June 2021 soon after Ms. Letty opened this site. We had just moved to the area and had unsuccessful transition from our previous Northeast daycare/preschool to another large school in Allen. I spoke to Ms. Letty and switched to Goddard that day and we have been a big fan ever since. My daughter is in Kindergarten but came back to Goddard for the summer camp where she felt right at home. My daughter was prepared for the kindergarten and did very well academically thanks to the Goddard program and teachers. The teachers and director Ms. Angela are great and the facility is nice, but the best part is that Ms. Letty and her amazing family are all there together. Ms. Letty is present and my daughter loves her children who assist the teachers whenever they can. It shows that it is beyond their financial investment and they all pour their heart into the early education of the Goddard family. They have great events for the family outside a normal weekday schedule which are enjoyable. The preschool that was twice more in price in the northeast did not provide this much quality, so I know the Goddard school is a great deal as well. My family feels safe and happy with Goddard. Rebecca De Anda Licona This is the best daycare we have ever attended! We usually use church Mother’s Day out or school programs and have had bad experiences with many other daycare type settings. They truly love the kids here and are dedicated to their care. We asked to try it out for a couple weeks before we made a decision what to do once our last childcare arrangement had ended and they accommodated us as if we had been a family there all along. The front office staff and owner are so professional, but still so loving and gentle with our son. He was very timid and by day 4 was reaching out for Miss Angela at drop off ❤️ Thank you Goddard

Nathan Mahoney Our family loves The Goddard School of Allen! We reviewed many schools before coming to Goddard and it has surpassed all our expectations! The staff is so friendly and warm, and the facilities are top notch. Our daughter is so loved and well cared for by all the teachers, and we can see she learns something new everyday! She started at Goddard when she was 3 months old and we have no plans of going anywhere else! The owner Ms.Letty and Ms.Angela the director, made us feel like family since day one! They always have wonderful activities and events going on throughout the weeks and keep parents very well informed. We truly would recommend to anyone looking for affordable, high quality education and childcare!

Nicole Asch I truly can’t say enough good things about Goddard East Allen. My son has been attending since 2023. The owner Amanda is on site everyday and is truly a presence. She knows all kids by name and they enjoy going to her office to talk to her. The office staff (Allison, Melissa, and Paulina) are also so hands on, professional, and know all students. All of the teachers that my son has had have been nothing short of amazing. I was very hesitant putting my son in daycare due to his special needs, but they took him on with not only open arms, but proactively asked us how they can help him. He has truly thrived and it has been due to his teachers and all the other support staff and office staff that cheer him on and help him. He enjoys going to school everyday. It’s so evident that not only his current teachers, but the teachers he has had care about him. They also have really nice events that they plan, such as parents night out, breakfast with Santa, 5k walks/runs for a cause, touch-a-truck, the list goes on. I highly recommend this daycare, and can’t thank Goddard enough for helping my son thrive.

Madison Marlow At my daughters old school they would call me every other day because she would get frustrated and start banging her head on things because her teachers weren’t catering to her and figuring out how to communicate with her and what she was needing, but ever since she started going to BBMA I haven’t received one phone call and my daughter never bangs her head anymore. She’s learned how to communicate pretty effectively and doesn’t get as easily frustrated as she used to. And I am so thankful for that.

She truly cares about the well being of every little one in her class! My son said he is not leaving Miss Feri and is staying at TLE forever. Lien Dang My boys have been going here from 2018-2023! There has definitely been turnover through the years and through the pandemic, but through it all, TLE and staff continued to make it a safe and friendly learning environment for our kids. Both our kids were able to start reading before kindergarten! The facility is nice, clean, and nurturing. I love that they provide breakfast, lunch and snacks to save me time from packing. Also love the playgrounds and make believe blvd for the kids playtime. And having the app to see pictures of their activities throughout the day is the best! Today was my little one’s graduation and it was a bitter sweet moment! The program was so cute and showed how much they are ready for Kindergarten! The current management team and staff is by far my favorite over the years! Shout out to Mrs. Feri, Mrs. Leah, Mr. Rick, Mrs. Kamesha, and Mrs. Kenzie for always being there for our kiddos the past couple years!

Molly Moore We love TLE Allen! Our son started at 3 months old almost a year ago. He absolutely loves the facility and every teacher. It really is incredible to see the bond hes formed with the teachers and directors and we can tell how much they care for him. Ms Krystal is the reason we chose this daycare. She is so knowledgeable and helps figure out the best plan for each infant stage. She taught us so much over the first year and helped our son develop. The other infant teachers - Ms Laisha, Ms Bren Yett and Ms Sabrina - are also rockstars! Im so glad that there is such a strong team of infant teachers. Now as an older infant they keep our son busy and somehow get him to eat balanced meals. Even the teachers in the older classrooms say hi and tell us they cant wait for our son to be in their class. The directors Ms Kinsey and Ms Tajha are also wonderful! You can tell they work so hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. We love that the center does fun activities like Parents Night Out, book fairs, trunk or treat, etc. The facility is always clean, well maintained, and the outdoor playground is so fun. They send pictures and updates through the app during the day. Our son loves it here!

Sapna Dalal We love Kids R Kids in West Allen. My son has been going to KRK for almost 7 months and were very happy with the care he has received so far. All the teachers, staff, directors and owners are amazing. They are very flexible and helpful. The director, Ms. Stephanie has always been understanding and tremendously helped us with special requirements for my child. His teacher, Ms. Amy is taking utmost care and interest in his well-being and development. We couldnt have asked for more. Thank you KRK team!!!

The curriculum and activities help children learn to the best of their abilities! One of my favorite features is the camera access to the classroom so I can see my child playing and learning with his classmates and the daily reports provided at the end of each day.

Julie Harris If I could give Kiddie Academy 10 stars I would. The staff is so incredibly caring and nurturing, while providing age appropriate developmental activities and curriculum. The communication is amazing, both on the daily and higher level scale. My son loves going there, and I feel great about sending his little brother there in a few months. I appreciate the camera access to the room, but rarely feel the need to look at it since my kid is so happy and thriving there. I would (and have) highly recommend KA if you are considering daycare!

Megan Hemphill We love Kiddie Academy! The staff is warm and welcoming, the teachers all know our daughters name across the different classrooms, and she is thriving there! She learns ASL & spanish plus skills that help her advance into other things as she grows with Kiddie Academy. We love that they provide a variety of food for lunch for the children so our daughter gets to try different things she may not eat at home. Plus it saves us from having to pack a lunch. Theres so much goodness here. Go check it out!

He has only been there a few months and I see growth. Thank you for all that you do. It’s hard finding good childcare. They send daily reports at the end of the day with lots of photos.

Jen B Kindergarten Prep is an amazing school! Ms. Krishna has helped my son grow socially and academically. She makes learning fun and is so kind & caring to the students. My son looks forward to school and when at home wants to practice school work to show me what he has learned. He has gained confidence, knowledge and social skills that he definitely is ready for kindergarten. Ms. Hira (director) and staff are friendly so it is a positive experience once entering the building. I could not be happier with the school and highly recommend it!

Kiran Srini Our child has been going to Kindergarten Prep Child Care Center, Allen location over 1 year. Our child absolutely loves to go to her preschool every day. When we were researching for a daycare/preschool for our child, we read reviews and contacted multiple preschools in the area. One of the reviews mentioned that KG prep is a hidden gem in the area and their child loves it. We took a tour, enrolled our child and never looked back. The management and the teachers are so friendly and approachable. If there are any concerns or needs, the management and the teachers listen carefully and patiently and take appropriate actions. The care is so personalized to each child based on their needs. The owner Ms. Tina, the director Ms. Hira and our child’s teacher Ms. Atufa and other substitute teachers are so nice. Our child has made lovely little friends and enjoys her art and dance sessions. We would definitely recommend KG prep child care center, Allen.

Vy Wu We couldn’t be happier at TMS for our two kids. Both of them started as babies, and over the years we’ve watched them grow into confident, curious, and independent learners. Aside from the clean, safe, and welcoming environment, the teachers and staff are amazing. Both our kids, now 8 and 5, had the same teachers so the teacher retention rate is very high. Ms. Karen is incredible. She’s kind, caring and loving towards all the kids. Ms. Megan and Ms. Megha in P1 are patience, kind, and understood each child’s developmental needs. We also love seeing Ms. Kanwal during drop off every morning. Her smile and the gentle way she handles the kids from the cars reassure us that the kids are in good hands. I’ve referred three families to TMS over the years and they all loved the school.

Mandel Hazel I love it here. The playground was very safe and engaging and the school is clean and decorated nicely . The decorations showed the personality of each child as the corridors were full of hand made art and happy birthdays for the student, making the school feel like a home. The owner, Shannon is a very nice lady. Very highly recommended.

Lakendra Duell Cadence Academy Preschool Allen is a wonderful school with a great staff. I scheduled a virtual tour and the staff was very quick and responsive to my needs. The director took the time and explained what my baby would experience in the nursery. I was able to meet the teachers and see the curriculum. Although my baby isnt born yet I felt comfortable and confident in the care they would provide. Thank you for putting this first time mommy at ease.

Cheslea Chambo The staff is what makes this location so fantastic! Each employee made us feel like extended family. They genuinely were happy to see our son when he arrived for drop off and we’re sad to see him go for pick up. I love their daily reports. It puts me at ease knowing when he ate last and when his diaper was changed next, and when he got a nap. I love getting the daily photos/videos as well, seeing his motor and social skills evolve. The pricing is reasonable and they are very flexible with scheduling. I have zero complaints.

Heather Frayre I have two children at Cadence, and I am so grateful for the entire team of administrators and teachers who make the school such an engaging and loving place. I have always been particularly impressed by how the teachers are able to see each child for the unique individual that he or she is. Each and every teacher. I know that my children feel seen, special, and loved. They are beaming with joy when I pick them up. The school has also been incredibly flexible with our schedule, which can change at the last minute.
