Laurel Stanard I have to rave about the Kids Day Out Program with First Baptist Church! My pre schooler just completed his pre-k school year with Mrs. Amanda whom we all fell in love with. What really drew me to the program was Amy, the director, who is so friendly and someone Ive felt I have known for years! My family and I only recently moved to the area and had no idea where we wanted our son to spend some time in pre-k at. We looked at one other school and it just didnt feel right. With Amy, Mrs. Amanda and all the other amazing staff, it just felt like home. We always felt informed and his teacher was great about sending pictures of the day in class. My son learned so much over this last school year and is ready for kindergarten. Another thing to mention are all the super amazing keepsakes we get to treasure from his time in KDO. A lot of time, patience and effort goes into all those surprises for us parents. Just so thoughtful. I know my 2 year old is already ready to start her Pre-k journey. Thank you all so very much for such an amazing year; and a lasting memory for us as parents for a kiddo who could not say enough good things about school. ❤️

la merabruja If i could rate 0 star i would i called them over 3 times and also went in person to ask them to come to do a house blessing each time they said theyd call to set up the day and time, and when i went in person i was told i would be set as a priority since id been waitng longer, never heard from them. I was thinking of going to there church service before all this since its close to my house but now that Ive read some of the reviews and the way i was ignored id rather not be a part of this church.Now maybe the padres are ok i cant say bad about them i never met one of them, so the problem may just be the staff? guess ill never know.

Janice M This was our first time back in a couple of years due to health issues. I asked my husband (who is hard of hearing) what he thought about the service. His response was, "I had a hard time hearing, but I was enveloped by the peaceful presence of God."

Jason Metcalf Not mindful of their neighbours. Redid their parking lot with no warning and blew dirt asphalt and milling all over everyones backyards and houses. Jesus said love your neighbour. Not the best way to do that.

Marian Bursten Christ Church is the center of my life. I am in harps , bells, and choir, and I get my social interactions and spiritual sustenance from the groups. The music is inspired and the fellowship is perfect. I could not ask for more!

Cameron Anderson The services are reverent and life-giving: the worship is traditional without being stale. The preaching is always faithful and Biblical; you can trust that you arent going to get a warmed over TedTalk sprinkled with Christianese nor an overly academic seminary lecture. Short, 30 minute prayer services are held daily during the week as well as both Sunday morning and evening services. The Psalms are sung at every service and Communion is given every Sunday morning. In both our prayer and preaching, the kingship of Christ is proclaimed over all the world and every area of life.

Anita Dickenson I have been attending this church for over 2 years and an active member for 18 months. We moved to the area in June 2020. After trying other churches, we found this congregation eagerly welcoming to new people. We were immediately invited to small groups, Bible Study and service projects. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found this amazing group of people to study God’s word, be of service to our community as well as the amazing friends we have found.
