1 /5 Alana Torres: Not sure if its the new location or what, but this was my first time at the new location and I had an appointment for 10:15 , came in early, and still hadn’t been seen by 10:50 so I had to reschedule. Whats the point of an appointment if you’re gonna have to wait 35+ minutes to be even be called back

1 /5 Olivia Michele: Horrific. Im am trying to figure out if Im pregnant or not and how far along I am and its like they dont even care or know why Im even there. I tell them I already am doing every remedy known to mankind and they dont care. They continue to tell me to keep doing their protocol for nausea. I wait BTW about 2 hours!!! Just waiting!! Im never coming back here again what a waste of time and inconsiderate about their people! Listen to your patients, dont do whatever the hell you want. Care about people!

1 /5 Creeepy BunBun: Ill try to keep this short, I took a at home pregnancy test and it was positive I now needed to schedule a doctor visit and get that ball rolling. I called this place ( now there were three women I spoke to the first was really nice and the other two were not I didnt, unfortunately get their names however) I called to schedule a appointment for Tuesday at 8:45am 10/31/23 the nice lady said at the time of scheduling my appointment they didnt take Aetna they were out of network with them. I said that is okay could you take my other insurance which was UnitedHealth she said yes we do just bring that the time of the appointment and we will change that for you. All was good I got a call again from this UTMB and it was a different lady she was calling to say they didnt take my Aetna insurance which I explained to her that I was told and I got a different insurance I can use I was told to bring it the time of the appointment so they could change it but thanks for telling me , she said but we dont take Aetna I said again I understand that but I have another insurance I can take for the appointment I was told to bring it the time of the appointment. I didnt get no other reply just hung up on and I had this feeling I needed to check MyChart so I did and she cancelled the appointment I called back not understanding why it was called this time a different lady answered I explained to her why I was calling I was out on hold and than she explained it again I told her neither one of you were listening to me I was told by another lady the day of scheduling my appointment to bring my new insurance and they would change it why cancel my appointment? She said well you were already told and I said to her again you are not listening to me I was TOLD to bring my other insurance the time of my appointment and they would change it she tried to explain it again so I told not argue just said thank you and hung up so really over all horrible customers service. I will be calling back and scheduling another appointment but like why did I have to explain that and just get ignored? And my appointment cancelled ( sorry about any misspelling I was on phone sending this )
