Jeannie Garcia Another great visit in 2025 with Paul at New Braunfels Nissan. They are absolutely awesome. The service and parts section changed my oil, rotated my tires, drained and replaced my transmission fluid and took a video of the entire check-up. Great coverage and detailed what I may need in the future. No pressure to have work not necessary and everyone was very pleasant. Comfortable lounge area to wait with free drinks and snacks. George Kosmidis Very impressed with how these guys tool care of me and my ranger. Had a failing transmission under a 3rd party warranty,thank god lol. They handled all paper work and back forth with the warranty company. Made my life incredibly easier got the truck back and its shifting amazing with the new transmission. Really great shop to deal with i highly recommend.

Bryan Endsley Brent was amazing and his tech was a prodigy for his age with his knowledge and helpfulness. I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately had a passenger side axle snap while visiting the hill country. After speaking with Brent, he was able to get me in and out the next day and back on the road to home! I highly recommend Sparkys . Honest, competitive pricing and no bull service . I wish I had a local mechanic in Dallas like this! 5 stars across the board !

B Z Great service by Dawson today (11 July 2025). Dawson took less than 30 minutes to resolve an issue with a tire that another Firestone store caused. As a retired Army veteran I appreciate his sense of urgency in getting the brand new spare tire replaced under warranty. Thanks and a hat tip Dawson!!!
