5 /5 Jackie: Their services & prices are non-comparable. I’ve been using them since I moved here approximately 3 years ago. I shopped around & you just can’t find the same services even close in cost. They do it all: eyelashes, waxing, pedicures, & beautiful nails. Tulip is #1 in my book. Sometimes it is a little difficult to communicate in English. So please don’t be afraid to seek out another person there to help you translate. They’re very accommodating. I’ve always been able to get help. My daughter is deaf & Helen is most patient with her & communicates with her very well even though she does not sign. I love Long. I melt like butter during my pedicure. He’s very good with both massage & making my nails look great. We always book Long & Helen together. I also particularly love it when they have the very relaxing beautiful music track that plays in their language. It’s very relaxing & beautiful. I requested special color for my tips & also prefer them rounded & shorter. They always do my nails per my specifications & also do wonderful designs. Just take them a picture & they’ll fix you up. I always book Tracy for my more complicated nail art requests. She’s fantastic, but she’s not the only stylist that does nail art.

1 /5 Trisha: So this is the second time I came to this place just to give it another try thinking maybe the last time I went they were just having a bad day or something. I went in to go get a manicure and I just wanted the shellac gel polish. The manager or owner was like oh we have this new gel. It’s called hard gel. Do you wanna try it? I said what is it? She said it last longer and it’s hard like you would get doing the fake nails the full set or whatever. So I said sure. I’ll try it then. She’s like oh your nails are short. I said yeah I like them short she goes, but these are too short. Can I do tips on them? I said maybe on two of them so she did tips on two of them to even out the length, then she starts just applying the gel and she’s like oh don’t worry I’ll cut your cuticles and clean your nails after I’m done and I’m thinking how do you do that when The polish is already on and you can’t get around the nail or clean around it. So she gets done with the hard gel and she files them down a bit for me on the ones that were too long. So then she’s like go wash your hands and come back and then we’re all done. So we go to the checkout counter and I see that on the charge it says a manicure upgrade. So I asked her why is it a manicure upgrade? She said because I cut your nails and cuticles that’s why I charge for the upgrade. I said, but nothing was done and all you did was put the polish. I said what about the manicure part like the soaking the cleaning the oil the lotion and you’re gonna charge me $50 for that just to put hard gel on my nails and call it a day. So then she tells me oh if you want lotion here there’s some lotion right here you could put it on I’m like seriously. WHAT PART OF SHE DIDNT DO ANYTHING IS THE PROBLEM AND FOR $50 the nails could’ve been better they are already not even $50 worth of service and look at my cuticles she didn’t cut it or clean nothing. Also you need to get them to explain better because that is not what she explained. Next time I will record the conversation.

5 /5 Kayla Wallace: We were the second customer to walk in. My daughter had someone help her first and had a hard time explaining she wanted red French tips. Person kept saying white when she said red so she got upset and just let him do white. I got passed off to two people. Had me in the back while two employees ate sunflower seeds making spit noises and cracking noises the whole time I’m trying to relax. I tell the guy he put too much white and I like my French too thin and to go with the shape of the almond tip. He puts MORE WHITE leaving gaps where he didn’t paint all the way white. Now my French tips have more white than natural nail. Not one shape is the same. Two of my nails were not filed correctly and look like bumpy teeth. They kept asking if we are ok when we obviously were upset. Lady asked after I was done if she could fix for free when she heard me the whole hour and a half not being able to communicate with my nail tech or my daughters. Normally we have great service here but today was the worst service I ever had. It’s my only day off this week and I had to listen to smacking and pay 100$ when my daughter or myself liked our nails. Don’t go here unless you want to stress yourself out. Update: we got contacted and they had us come in to fix! Helen and Kevin did AMAZING! We couldn’t be more happy. Great customer service, quick, and did better than expected like we are use to. Please ask for them if you go to this store!

1 /5 Mayra Flores-Espinoza: I hate to do this, but my experience here was truly the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. I came in for a mani and pedi. A gentleman did both starting with the pedi and I should have walked out after that. When he was shaving my foot with the grater he got too close to my ankle and shaved a chunk of it off. You could see the white meat. I took it as a mistake and continued to the mani where he too did that. Dear God, I have never been burned by a drill so many times… not only did he drill too much of my nail causing burning, when he was shaping my nail with the big file he was filing part of the skin around the nail too. When you go get these services you are anticipating a relaxing experience, but instead I was tense and anxious the entire time waiting for the next pain to come. I was on the verge of tears. The owner noticed my frustration when i was checking out, and I told her what happened with my mani and how much he had hurt me - I didn’t even show her my ankle. She took care of my mani and told me to come back to get it fixed, but I probably won’t be going back.
