5 /5 Franklin Melody: I have visited this salon on several occasions and Tomee/Joelle/Jose are the best. They have affordable prices and care for your hair. I have 2B texture hair and Tomee is great with dry scalp treatments ($30)/blow-dry for curly thick hair ($55). They also offer blow dry for shorter hair ($40). I have been natural my whole life so I have only experienced the occasional scalp treatment/blow-dry but they also offer hair extension/hair dying. From the clientele I have encountered while there, everyone seems to have a great relationship with their stylists. I will keep going for my occasional blow drys. Tomee even offered to learn how to braid on my service (I told her how hard it was to find a Houston braider-plus I dont trust just anyone to do my hair), Tomee will always keep my business if her service stays the same. If youre in Houston and cant find anyone (or trust issues with anyone messing with your hair like me), you should try/give the establishment a chance.

Jose (owner) guided me through the process and gave excellent recommendations for products and general tips. The rest of the staff is friendly and talented as well!

I can’t say enough about the staff, they are always happy to see you when you walk in the door. I’ve never been complimented on my hair as much as I have since I’ve started coming here.
