Reichert Candace (#dieselgirltx) From the very first time we walked through the front doors of Yorktown Baptist Church, we were greeted and welcomed with loving arms. As you can imagine, trying to find a church home can be intimidating, especially when you don’t know any one. That was never the case here. The entire staff and members are truly dedicated and devoted to making you feel like part of the Yorktown family. 4 years later and we could not be any happier. They have helped our family grow tremendously in our faith by supporting our family through ups and downs, and never straying from the word of God and his promises. Their passion to share the good news of the gospel has inspired our family everyday and helped our family build a solid foundation in Christ in all we do. There are no words that could ever express my love and gratefulness for the Yorktown family and I would highly recommend anyone wanting a church home to visit and experience the same. God bless!

Carmen Hernandez It was my first time attending & I truly felt the presence of the LORD. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely continue to attend Sunday services.

Tinam M A truly Bible based church where the Pastor opens the scripture like a story as he dissects and explains the meaning and how to fits into todays life. The people are friendly and warm just like a home should be. Both a nursery and childrens church are provided too. Come visit..

Sheila Kerls I feel I should disclose that Ive gone to Second Baptist for quite a while. People are friendly and glad to see new faces. Good teaching, both from the pulpit and in classes. Nursery, Sunday School for all ages, worship service for all ages (and nursery is available then). I would encourage you to visit. Posting this in December. So music and other Christmas celebration going on now. NOW adding in July. I moved to my daughter’s home (in another town), when my husband passed away. My daughter got pretty sick and I called the Second Baptist office to see if they would pray for her (yes, I did pray, too.)The staff remembered me, asked for the details, and said they would. I feel strongly that was a big factor in her getting well quickly. I hope to go back to Second Baptist, Corpus, even if for a short visit. (But hoping for longer.). Sheila again, couldn’t connect directly, so thought I would add on here..no real changes, but things still okay. Still waiting for Mike.. more later. Sophie Gaona Need some real frenz come serve God with us ….. We are a Bible based church serious about serving God …. God says come as u are n I came he’s working in me slowly , but surely . I’m not the same I was yesterday or last week. Gods doing a number in me n I know if you wanna change your life this is the place to be …. “THE DOOR” IS ALWAYS OPEN !!!! Come On in !!!!

Jessica McGee I love this church. Everyone is so friendly, you really feel welcomed and not judged- come how you are. The services are directed to help real people with real life issues overcome and live for Jesus. The music and the kids ministry is awesome. I would recommend this church to anyone.

M. R. Findlay James and Shalena French are true servants of Our Lord Jesus Christ and are full of Gods amazing love and they minister in the joy of the Lord with discernment and wisdom as well! You know they are sold out to Jesus by their love and the fellowship of believers here are full of faith and flow in the power of Gods love as well! If you need to fellowship with true believers, this is the place to do that! This is also where you will learn about your true value because God designed and created you to be loved and nurtured by Him! He is your faithful Father God and He wants you to know the power of His love.

Tracy Wade My daughter went there, Im now sending my youngest there pretty soon:) its a great church.

Ms. Laurie Revels This is an all inclusive church with the most welcoming and loving congregation. Personable, more so than any other experience in my adult life. Allows anyone to attend and volunteer for functions. The dress is casual. Come as you are. Wednesday evening fellowship. We gather and eat, praising God and being there for each other. Planning the next project or event. Communion is given, a talented choir with Peter as the leader. A place to grow with. Room to find your niche and feel you can give your time, doing Gods work. They are online, Facebook... come join us at 10:30 Sundays. Fall Festival 2023, Pride sponsored all is free. This week, Saturday at St. Paul United Church of Christ. On Lipes. Youth, small and teenage ages.
