Sophie Grunge I only came here to get my TB Test done. It was a clean facility. It was never crowded whenever I came to get it done and examined. The customer service was fine with me. No one was rude or anything that stood out in a positive or negative manner. I would definitely like to see how well they do someday, one day, if I actually need something more than a test. The TB test was $35 then you have to go back again in 48-72 hours to make sure there are no signs of TB. They give you a paperwork printed as proof of verification. Youll need your drivers license.

Andrea Sands I had all 3 of my children here. I just had my last baby 2 weeks ago. I went in for a scheduled induction and we entered on the ER side. There was a man there that was immediately helpful, he was super nice and walked us up to L&D. During my labor my nurse was named Terrie and she has amazing bedside manner, she is the BEST nurse i’ve ever had! DR Marcantel was also great. All of the staff were so helpful and fast with everything! Everyone made my L&D an absolute wonderful experience especially nurse Terrie! Houston methodist is also great at checking in on you after your care there.

Misty Burnett I had my Bariatric Procedure done here with Dr. Miranda. The staff was very helpful in regards to post operative care. I felt they treated me so wonderful.The hospital was also a very clean hospital as well. I am 1 1/2 years post op and have lost 150 lbs. I would recommend this facility to friends and family members.

Carol Allegretto My 78 year old mother was having chest pain and thought she might be having a heart attack, they checked her blood pressure and told her she was fine. My mother still didn’t feel well and asked to be taken to the ER. They told her she didn’t need to go and told her to sign a refusal of service form so they could leave. My mother told them she wasn’t refusing and wanted to be taken to ER. They bullied her into signing it. My brother had to drive 45 minutes to take her in. Tonight she called me (I’m in NC) with serious symptoms and in pain waiting on my brother to take her to ER (he lives 45 minutes away) I asked her to call 911 so they can send an ambulance but she has lost trust in them and believes they will provide transportation services to the ER. This is beyond sad. Shame on you!

Billie Marks This was one of the most Organized, Furniture Set Up, Nicest and Best Looking by Far Facility Ive been too. It was so different when I walked in with their lady up front to check ya in then you walk back to the back and sit and I was called not even 05 minutes later to go back. AWESOME

Stephen Humphrey Great people! I was in so much pain. They got me into to jack Williamson on Wednesday. he fit.me into surgery the following Tuesday. And couldnt have been happier. Him and his staff were so friendly, caring professional. They were very informative and left no stones unturned. Thank you!

Dwight Crocker A completely different experience than what it was before. The place is now operated in the manner that a hospital ER should be.

Chris Kent Our first visit last March with Dr Joseph Ray was great! He is our sons genetics doctor, he was great and very thorough and never made us feel rushed and took his time amd answered all questions. Yesterday we came back to a evaluation with the complex care team, my son was getting over his second ear infection in the past 3 weeks and I just asked if someone could look in his ear and see if it was still infected, there was a piece of wax in the way they said and basically didnt want to deal with, 5 doctors in the room(under Dr Murphy)we had to wait in for 45 minutes for said well we have another appointment to get to and cant hold it up over a ear problem. $116 co pay for that visit and they tell me I need to schedule another appointment with his primary Dr to look at his ear. We drove an hour each way for this visit and there for 3 1/2 hours in a building full of Doctors and nurses and they cant help with my sons ear!
