Maggie Espinal Outstanding! The service was excellent! My driver was stuck in Harlingen, TX two days before Thanksgiving. We did not know who to call so we googled it and this company came up in our search. We took a chance and man were they AMAZING! We talked to the same person every time we called back and forth. Monica was FIVE START. Jennifer was just amazing as well! I could not believe how they took care of us from hundreds of miles away. Our driver was in Harlingen and we were not able to help him, but the technicians and service advisors at this company were top knotch. I wish I had the resources to buy Jennifer new tires for her car as an appreciation gift for her outstanding customer service. And for Monica I would gift her a Spa weekend somewhere. The technician knew what he was doing. I did not get the run around. Pricing was upfront and they ALWAYS asked before doing any work. I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. We are Winter Texans, so I spoke with my friends in Texas, they all recommended Doug’s Automotive. I talked with Steve at Doug’s Automotive, he was very knowledgeable and great talking to me. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.
