5 /5 Trevor Mcnellis: Dr. Williams and his staff are awesome! I drive almost two hours to see him as my dentist. Yes he is that good. I have had root canals and crowns done by him. Exceptional work at an affordable price! He takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. His staff is also amazing. Always pleasant and helpful when it comes to the insurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

1 /5 fayona brun: This is the worst dentist office ever . I scheduled my appointment few weeks ahead and I cancelled my work to be there . According to them , they called to request my insurance card a day before which I missed their call. The lady at the desk took my insurance card and was able to verify my insurance . She had me waiting for about 20 mins as my hygienist was with another client .According to her " She is finishing up and will take you in" Then 5 mins later the lady at the desk came out and told me that I have to reschedule my appointment. No question asked whether or not I would be able to do that .. no accommodation blaming it on they did not have my insurance card ahead of time . I do believe that she was caught with another client and could not take me . What about asking me if I will be willing to pay out of pocket and take me in while they sort insurance issue . They wasted my time and and money since I have given up my day to be at the office .. I would not recommend this office - very rude staff

5 /5 Zoe Hensley: I had my first appointment today, and everyone was so nice! Their communication is very clear, so you know what to expect. The dental hygienist was very comforting and thoughtful while she did the cleaning and explained everything! Lastly, the dentist was very welcoming as well and enthusiastic, all of which made the visit enjoyable!

5 /5 Dee Camp: Over the years I have been too many dentists, so when I say Dr. Williams is the best, I mean it. He always takes the time to answer any questions and eases my concerns. Any procedure I have had there have been a breeze! All of the staff are sweet, courteous, and professional. While Im not excited to have more dental work done I take comfort in knowing I am in kind and capable hands.

5 /5 April Swift: I was there yesterday to have a root canal with Dr Williams. I have had several root canals and although they are not pleasant, this was absolutely the best experience. Dr Williams made sure I was comfortable and he was very thorough and meticulous. He did my crown yesterday as well and this morning I am not even sore. I highly recommend Shiloh Dental.
