MR. P. From the moment you walk up you are greeted and welcomed. Lots of friendly people, willing to talk and help you with your journey with God. Mens disciples groups and learned something new each time, everyone was involved and eager to share and talk about their testimonies and experiences to relate to the lessons. Sunday service is always on point and uplifting. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in the Bastrop area looking for a family and a church to join

9E Ranch Cabins Lost Pines Bastrop Wonderful , welcoming open to all church. New young pastor Travis preaches the most amazing, thoughtful sermons and he can sing beautifully! Great church for children too.

Judly/grady Chandler It’s amazing how some love our church services while others don’t feel comfortable. I go to their Facebook page & I don’t to feel comfortable either. If someone want’s deliverance’s, they receive it. Unless someone can say why they don’t like what they felt, then I classify this as an opinion.

Ebony White Run, dont walk to this church. The service is welcoming, warm, and loving. Above all, the spirit of God and Gods humble servants exist there. Dont second guess or come up with excuses not to go. Even if you are late arriving, just go. May God bless you.

Lisa clontz Growing newly established Bible based LCMS church with a good demographic of members - happy to be a member - my kids are supported and it’s a good influence for them - I transferred from my other LCMS and the smaller congregation gives a stronger sense of community family and support. Great group of people!

Carol Ann Uhles People are welcoming. Coffee and snack are provided before Worship. I am attending a class at 9:30 on Sunday mornings on Holistic Eating. Very informative. Worship music is very good. Brings me before the Lord and prepares me for the sermon. Pastor Eason is a dynamic preacher/teacher. I am very pleased I found this church.

ann busker Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We definitely felt welcome and wanted. The sermon was good and the pastor teaches as he gives the sermon. My granddaughter received a hand-written note inviting her back to the nursery. We will be going back.

And I know that fellowship is important and to be around other like-minded people and to continue to grow, learn and give back. Which is why it’s always been difficult for me to find a home church because churches are run by imperfect people. But I got to tell you this place felt right.

Andrea Danburg My prayers were answered when I was invited to attend service by a lovely woman I had randomly met one Saturday afternoon. I had been in deep prayer, asking The Lord to direct me to a Bible believing church. I was chatting it up with Teal, and felt the warmth of The Holy Spirit in her, even before she mentioned church. When she invited me to join her at church the following day, I was certain this was a answer to my prayers. My teen daughter and I were warmly greeted by the members of the congregation as well as the Pastor. The people who make up this church are kind and will take the time to get to know you. They are sincere and prayerful. At the beginning of each service, the congregation takes turns sharing their personal praises to The Lord as well as any prayer requests they may have. This is optional, but I would encourage anyone to be blessed by asking this church family for prayers. The Pastor is excellent at teaching Bible scriptures and most importantly, he is accurate and honest. This church is a rare gem, where you can show just up just as you are, and be encouraged by other Bible believing Christians. The youth group is the best! Several of the youth approached my teen and I and introduced themselves, inviting my teen to join them for volleyball later that day. I was impressed by their maturity and wisdom. Clearly, these youth are being led by The Holy Spirit. I have been to 3 services here and am looking forward to many more. Did I mention the sermons? These are not your usual detached speeches. They are inspired, engaging and true Bible studies. I am excited to go back on Sunday!
