1 /5 Kimberly Caldwell: The experience was nice. The guy I normally work with wasn’t there so I settled for who was. Big mistake. I understand there is a language barrier but I showed a photo. I asked for price differences in pedicures but no one could communicate it so I got the cheaper one. Then a fill on my nails. No explanation about how much for designs even though I asked. I was met with a confusing explanation and smiles. Then when my nails were done inconsistently I understood that to correct the nails I would be charged extra. I wanted the hearts to be the same size on both hands and for a consistent nail shape but to my understanding to fix that, I would pay extra. So I left at that. Enough was enough for me. I usually work with a specific person there who was out today. I will be finding another place until he returns.

The staff made her feel special and took their time to ensure her nails turned out perfect. The attention to detail and the warm, friendly atmosphere made the visit so enjoyable for both of us. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for exceptional service and a family-friendly experience! We’ll definitely be back!
