Rios Auto Repair - McAllen (TX)

1 /5 JM MCh: Rios used to be a good repair shop, but now the owner is focused just to make easy money without any quality or responsibility on its service, Im regretful of going to this place and being screwed with big cost repairs and the car is worst expecting them that they would do better from previous visits, also I stopped recommending this place to others.

1 /5 Xavier Romano: Brake job left my brakes squeaky, on another car I had a water pump replaced and left brand new bottle of coolant, a week later I checked my radiator and discovered water was used instead of coolant. prices are ok but check to make sure you get your old parts back and that your fluids were used before you leave the shop with your car. The owner is a nice guy and his staff is friendly. My elderly Dad spent over $800 on a problem that never got fixed. I didnt know about it until later otherwise I wouldve confronted the owner. Recently my Dad took his car to a better known mechanic, a mechanic who we thought charged more and he fixed the problem for good for a little over $100. I no longer trust this guy Rios

2 /5 Jerenette flores: It was a hassle got get something done and honestly the check engine light came on the next day, the owner was nice but I don’t know if his intentions were to help.

4 /5 Henry Hernandez: The staff was very friendly! It took a little longer then I wanted to get my vehicle back because they are very busy but they did a great job! Just have to be patient.
