1 /5 Martha Tort: Very unpleasant experience and dont recommend it for color. Went in and requested a light base color and baby lights and came out with a black base and terrible looking highlights. I told the girl who did the color that i did not like the dark base, and her response was, "It will fade and lighten as you wash it." I gave her the benefit of the doubt. However, the color never lightened and noticed a lot of imperfections with the highlights. You could tell where the foils had been placed and had a horrible orange color. I went back to request they fix it and had agreed to go back at a date and time convenient to me. The day i went back they greeted me with disrespect and raising their voice at me when all I did was be respectful and keep calm. They remedied their mistake by giving me a partial refund, as they should. I hope this review helps other avoid a scene like this and save their hair.
