1 /5 Tana Stills: I went in a couple weeks ago to get a manicure and my eyebrows waxed and they took me back to the room for my eyebrows and horrified when I was done that they took off almost my whole right eyebrow!!!!!! As of course Im upset she says, "o its ok you can draw in your eyebrow"!!! No mam I thought u were a "professional "!? So did not do my nails obviously! And then no discount or anything!! I DO NOT recommend going to queen nails on western!! I will never go there again!

5 /5 Zipporah Jeter: I have been going here for probably two years now and they have never failed to do me right!!! Mrs.Janet does my nails most of the time and has done my nails every time I’m about to go on vacation. And every time without fail she sends me on vacation with nails that look magnificent!!! I love love love coming here and I’m glad I’m finally writing a review!

2 /5 20WildChild11: The nail tech was super rough and nicked my skin a few times. He was not taking his time and was going super quickly. They were really messy, the guy that did my nails dropped the acrylic brush on the ground and just kept using it. It was okay but in near future I will not be coming back.

1 /5 Rafael Chacon: Just stopped to get wife and child pedicures and they were seated. I saw the price chart on the wall so I went to take a picture of it to show my wife the prices of everything. The man there said “you can’t pictures.” So I said I just wanted to show my wife the prices. He said” no! If she wants to see them then she can get up and look”. Very rude. We left. And I told him that was rude. They lost money. Why have a list of prices and I can’t take a picture? Just don’t have the prices listed then. He never said sorry, please or thank you in his statement. So we left.

1 /5 Michelle Cloud: From the layer of other people’s nail dust that coats every surface here, one would think that the Amarillo Health Dept has not visited this location since the 90s. Dirty nail files are re-used, my nail tech dropped the nail primer polish brush ON THE FLOOR, then just wiped it on a paper towel before sticking it back in the bottle. The nasty poof brush that was used on my hands was also used to clean the desk (both of which were nasty & filled with dust and clumps of something left from past clients). When they were clipping my friend’s nails, they yanked on her cuticle & made her bleed. Blood, y’all & no precautions were taken. Overflowing uncovered trash, junk laying about, yuck. See photos. Go someplace else- Queen nails was a royal disappointment.
