3 /5 Lisa Davis: This was my first visit to Pro Nails. I went in for a manicure, pedicure, and brows. Kathleen did my pedicure. She was very friendly and attentive. Anna did my brows and was friendly as well. As for my manicure… Henry did my nails. He spoke to me one time to ask what I wanted and never spoke to me again. He spent the entire time talking to another gentleman. He never even asked if I liked my nails. He told me to go wash my hands when he was done and when I came back he was gone.
The color of my nails was right. However, he didn’t trim my cuticles or file my nails evenly. On my right hand all of the nails are crooked. I definitely can’t recommend them for a manicure, even though the other services I received were good. For $130 I was expecting to walk out with better nails.
