1 /5 Maria Maldonado: I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the technician used nail tips that were significantly larger than my natural nails and applied an excessive amount of glue. Despite requesting short nails, she refused to cut them to my desired length. Additionally, the dip powder application was extremely messy, resulting in uneven, bumpy nails with product applied to my cuticles. What made the experience worse was how invalidated I felt throughout the process. I always strive to be polite, but it seemed like my concerns were completely disregarded. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the technician dismissed my concerns and claimed my nails were so thick because of the tip rather than acknowledging the poor application. When I asked for removal, she continued questioning my request instead of respecting my wishes. Another technician, Amy, then attempted to fix the nails by adding more product and filing, but this only made them even worse. The nails remained crooked, thick, and unappealing, with my thumb nail resembling a ‘duck nail.’ Overall, I felt unheard and disregarded as a customer. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to acknowledge my concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this salon

1 /5 Kayla P.: Went a couple weeks ago, got a pedicure with my mom. My mom said that night the polish looked like it was melting/coming off. She tried to be careful, but the next day they were still coming off.

2 /5 Kylie Israel: I’ve gone to this nail salon only a couple times. The first time I went they did a GREAT job! Honestly it was one of the best sets I’ve ever had. But the second time… Tony did my nails. Not only was he super unfriendly, kinda rough. He also rushed through my nails I feel like. Almost all my nails have little smudges, and the shaping is kinda of weird. He also left black all over my fingers, I then had to scrub it off before I went into work… not sure if I’ll go again.

1 /5 Kayla Beagles: I’ve been going for pedicures for quite some time now and haven’t had a problem. Finally decide to start letting them do my nails and I will never go back to them. The first time they broke the next day. Today was the second chance and all my nails are different sizes, one is completely crooked, and purple was left on the side of my fingers.

Pedicure was so ugly lady in such a rush and I felt like I had no voice in there I was the first one there when people started coming in she tried to multitask and couldnt and charges me 20 extra for some ugly glitter. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed.
