5 /5 Johnz Doez: Oscar & Sons did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I took it in for hail damage and they did a great job dealing with my insurance sending in a supplemental estimate to ensure all of the hail damage was covered. Additionally, I had some other body work done to my vehicle along with getting a new hood and they did an outstanding job on the body work and especially the paint since I would imagine my paint color is tricky to match, everything looks better than it did when I first bought it. On top of it all, they were a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

5 /5 AJ: My car had massive hail damage ($9,400) and they did an excellent job of fixing it! It took a little longer than I had hoped, but these days everything is taking longer. They worked with my Ins easily and my car looks like new! Will be going there again (if any troubles in the future) and will recommend them as well!

5 /5 Tyler Rodriguez: I was in a hit and run accident which required a fair amount of work on my VW. Oscar and Sons did a great job of getting my vehicle back on the road. The communication through the process was great from start to finish. Oscar and Sons did right by the customer by picking up and dropping off my vehicle for the work that needed to be done. This was in addition to dropping me off at work when a repair took a little longer than expected, and I needed to get back urgently for my duties. Although the experience wasnt flawless, Oscar and Sons provided me the highest level of customer care, which is why they deserve 5 stars. I will be back if I ever need assistance in the future. Thanks again for the great work!

5 /5 Hallie Gammon: I had never been here before but they are the area shop contracted with Progressive and it was a great experience. Making an appointment was easy, even when they couldnt find the one that should have been scheduled by the insurance, and they took care of contacting them for the needed information. The first time I tried to drop off my car, they called Enterprise for me but they didnt actually have a rental available, so I was going to call Enterprise the next day to confirm before actually trying to drop off again. Before I could do that the next morning, Tracie called me to say they had a car available I could rent directly from them, which was easy and seamless with the insurance and did not require me to talk to Enterprise, something I very much appreciated. I was flying out of town right before my car would be ready and I would need to return the rental, so they coordinated with me to drop the keys at their office over the weekend and then picked it up from my house for me so I didnt have to call Progressive to request an extension. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, explained things clearly, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle without me having to reach out and request it. The completed work looks good and I thought the timeline was reasonable. Hopefully I dont need their services again anytime soon but they were a pleasure to work with!

5 /5 Kasey James: Took my Jeep Gladiator here after a deer decided it wanted to jump through my windshield. Oscar and sons did a fantastic job on all the repairs. They kept me up to date all during the process. I never had to call them to see how it was going. When I picked up my Jeep, it had been cleaned and looked so much better than when I brought it in. The ladies in the office were very sweet. Definitely recommend.
