Trinity United Methodist Church

Gene Roblyer Upon returning to Denton after 12 years in League City, Texas I was excited about coming back to this church. Lots of new families, but the same down home feeling. Upon meeting the Pastor, super down to earth gentleman discovered his wife and I were born in the same little town of El Reno, Oklahoma. Started attending and volunteering and enjoy being involved. Thanks to everyone that had welcomed me and made me feel at home. God Bless Retired Chef Gene Roblyer

The Bridge Church Denton

Laura Olynyk Felt very welcomed and comfortable! You can tell the congregation cares about their people! Not a mega church so you can actually get to know people. And finally the pastor is super kind and caring and really speaks the word of God! Going to continue to attend! Highly recommend!

The Church At Pecan Creek

Brad Johnson I have been attending Pecan Creek church for almost five years. Pastor Talley is doctrinally sound, preaches verse by verse through the Bible, and implemented a brilliant idea where after the sermon we break up into individual discipleship tables where we discuss the sermon. Not only does this give everyone an opportunity to gain clarity we also get to know one another. If you come here as a stranger you won’t be one very long. In this congregation there is a real sense of family, just as there is supposed to be. As I have said many times, I came for a funeral and stayed for life.

Southmont Baptist Church

David Cox My wife and moved from SoCal to be near our oldest daughters wonderful family as we are getting up in years. Southmont has been a good place for us to find a church home. The lead pastor is both an excellent bible teacher but also a caring pastor. That seems to be a rare find. We have also connected with an Adult Fellowhip group and want to see how God wants us to serve. Check out Southmont!

St Andrew Presbyterian Church - denton

Kat Bos This church does Christ’s work of caring for the poor and homeless. Those who complain (in other reviews) about this, need to examine their life. Is church a social club, or where we gather to become more Christlike and organize to serve our community. This church feeds the homeless everyday but Sunday. On the opposite side of the square, the Methodist church has a service where the homeless prepare the Sunday breakfast and give the sermon.
