1 /5 Ingrid Gobert: First and last time here. I had "Dip" done on my nails. I get this done all the time, I know they arent supposed to use gel as the last step to make them shiny. Dip has its own top coat that sets in about 2 minutes. I dont mind the wait at all. The nail tech pulled out gel and the light. I asked him to not to use the gel and use the regular Dip top coat. He told me no and proceeded to used the gel. Guess what happened 2 days later? The gel started chipping off. Not pleased about paying $45 plus tip for them to last 2 days. Now I have random dull/shiny nails.

1 /5 Victoria Hatley: EDIT: 1 YR LATER. I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. HOWEVER, THERE WAS A CHANGE IN STAFF AND IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL. THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY AND IT SMELLS LIKE OLD WATER. THERE WAS ALREADY WATER IN THE PEDICURE BOWLS WHEN I WENT IN. STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND CONSTANTLY HAS HEADPHONES IN. LOOKING FOR A NEW NAIL PLACE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This place was great! I much prefer the smaller salons to the bigger ones and this one did not disappoint. I just moved to the area and I think I have found my new place. Wonderful pedicure and eyebrow waxing! Definitely recommend.

5 /5 MaDonna Halstead: I stopped in for the first time today for a mani/pedi. It’s the first time I got exactly what I wanted & wasn’t hounded into doing more. The massage portion of my mani/pedi were actually more than just a minute or 2 long. The staff was super friendly! I had the pedi w/hot wax & hot towel wrap. Great prices & selections. I will be back!

3 /5 Wonder: Lillian and Karen are both good, and friendly. My daughter gets her full set/refills done by Lillian every time and she does a really good job. I have had mostly good experiences coming here, except my last visit. I got a refill from Tim, the whole time he was doing my nails he seemed pissed and didnt really care how I wanted them done. The refill was so thin I have already broken a corner off, (its only been two days and Ive never had nails just chip off like that) I wouldnt go to him again, but will definitely still use Lillian and Karen.

1 /5 Dianna Shaw: I have been to this spa a few times. I went yesterday and it was the worst experience I have ever had there. The man that did my pedicure, also did my nails. My pedicure is ok... but he didnt paint all of my nails on each foot. He went so fast, that he didnt put polish on the whole nail. My nails are so bad... the service I requested was a tip with dip. The tips that he put on my nails are too big for my nail bed-makes your fingers look huge. The nails are so square and look fake. The color is not what I picked out. I tried talking with the man and explaining that he was not giving me what I asked for. He acted like he didnt speak English. He rushed through my nails so fast. He cut me on 2 of my fingers. I must say I will never go back again. He made sure that I was unhappy.. he didnt care to hear anything I said. Thats too bad.. when I do get good services, I tip really good. Like $20.00 tip. I will never go back. I spent $80.00 and wish I hadnt went there. I will tell anyone that listens about my experience there. It was more than I deserved after $80.00.
