5 /5 Adrianna Escamilla: Amazing colorists thrive here. If you need to revive your hair color or try new blonde on this is the place to go!! The adjoined coffee shop also serves really tasty food in case you get hungry too. The glam team also did my wedding makeup my hair and they SERVED!!! On top of all this, the pricing is very fair and the vibes are immaculate.

1 /5 Ashley Pena: I had set an appointment for my sister at 2pm Which she was there before the time. They had her waiting 30 min and nobody helped her and finally when my mother asked when they were going to begin and they said they will have to wait 35-45 min. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and not having enough staff. The receptionist is very rude and Jessica who is suppose to do her hair was laughing and not caring. It is prom day there is no reason why they should be making difficult to get a hairstyle after scheduling in advance. Maria and Jessica all they were doing is laughing and looking around like lost puppies & your business phone keeps ringing off the hook and making more appointments when they are so behind because they won’t do their job because they are talking! Poor ladies who were just sitting down with bleach in their hair looking around to see when someone was going to finish their hair. Horrible customer service! Thank God another local hair salon was able to take her right now to do her updo!
