Since day 1 that I enter this location the ladies at the front have been so helpful, and welcoming, always willing to help me in English or Spanish . Shes thorough in collecting pertinent medical, social and family history information. She orders lab work and other tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Her staff are friendly and efficient and their use of technology help make new patient forms, access to your health records, lab results and the office quick and painless. Michelle Navarro-Flores I went here for my pre-natal visit and delivered at the UTMB in Galveston on New Years. At first I was super hesitant to goto the utmb because of the reviews but I had a great Obgyn Adriana Cyrus. She actually asked me lots of questions and took the time to listen to every little thing I had to say. My birth at the utmb in Galveston was so complicated because I had COVID-19 at the time. I don’t think it’s normally like that. I stayed in quarantine but the nurses that came in were really sympathetic and kept me company when they could since my husband wasn’t allowed in. I ended up having a preemie in the NICU and have been visiting the utmb Galveston regularly and have nothing to complain about. The NICU staff is friendly, helpful and informative.
