Took my car there and they kept it for a long period of time, saying theyre still figuring it out, when they called to say it was ready, it turned on fine, they then told me it would be ready in ten min.??like what?? I was there to pick it up. When I came back and drove it off, a major problem, it was shaking in 1st and 2nd gear. When I went into the office, he said I have to drive it, so itll go away.??? My mistake was I didnt test drive it before I paid. I was being too trusting. Oh, but they were really nice, but that doesnt matter when theyre stealing my money and time. Pt 2, the office was open when I went in. Obviously, this name wouldnt be in your file. Most importantly, they charged me over $700 to get my car started and they created new problems for me, so much I had to get rid of the car, thanks for ruining my trust in mechanics. Pt3 The insult you implied that I wouldnt know what mechanic shop I went to, it just shows the service I was given. Does a red 1995 great condition dodge intrepid you had your female mechanic work on ring any bells, I paid cash, if not that would be convenient. And how is your office not open?? Red flag, how do you conduct business with the public??
