Robert Greene These guys are the best and were an absolute blessing to me! So recently on Memorial Day Im heading back to GA from TX on I-20 pulling a trailer in the rain when one of my front hub bearings started to go out on me (Ram 2500 4x4). I limp to the Marshall exit, drop my trailer, and tiptoe into town in my truck. Given the holiday, most folks were closed. Thankfully, Charles and his mechanic were still there and were not backlogged. They quickly put my truck on the lift, diagnosed the problem, snagged a bearing from a local parts house, and had me going from start to finish in about an hour or so. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and competence and a great attitude. 99% of the time, I do my own maintenance on my truck so its not natural to watch someone else work on it! These guys were capable, efficient, and honest. I had a safe ride home and swapped both front hubs the next week with premium SKFs. THANK YOU so much for your help!!!! I sincerely appreciate it! deb s Wish I could give him a 100 stars. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. We were traveling down I20 in an rv pulling an enclosed trailer when we completely lost all power. We were broke down on the side of I20 in the pouring rain. Aaron was our first call and boy he was a lifesaver. He immediately wanted to know what our issue was. He came out within 20 minutes in the pouring rain with a battery to get us enough power to get us off the that very busy, very frightening freeway. Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested. When it was determined we needed a new alternator he purchased it brought it back to us and installed it. We were back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you Aaron!
