2 /5 Mornae Wallace: By far the WORST PEDICURE I’ve ever had. The male nail tech performed an illegal hangnail procedure without my permission. I’ve never had a hangnail before in my life. Then he cut my toenails all the way down and cut me, making me bleed. This gave me an INFECTION. I’ve never had anything like this happen at other salons. Then, they are ignoring my calls and pretending that the manager is never there. They won’t give my money back. My entire toe swelled up and was so freaking painful I couldn’t even walk on it for a week. Photos attached. (Picture with green nails is what my toes normally look like after pedicures at other salons.) Update: Manager reached out and stated they can’t give refunds but offered a gift card or service redo instead. Stated that they had a conversation with the technician about appropriate procedures and cleanliness. She said the technician may have tried to “over clean” my cuticles instead of hangnails but I’m not sure as I’ve never had either scenario happen to me before. Changing review to 2 stars for follow up and offering the gift card.

1 /5 Deena Rabadi: My cousin and I have been coming here for a while, but after today’s experience, we will not be returning! I was assigned a nail tech named Jason who only does acrylics, and I was shocked to learn that he has been doing nails for years—because his work looked like he was just learning how to do nails! As someone who does nails myself, I gave him constructive criticism on how to properly apply acrylic, but I came here to relax, not to teach. The shape was terrible, the acrylic application was uneven, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I didn’t even let him finish because I was upset with how it came out and I had to leave to pick up my child from school! To make matters worse, the owner wasn’t in the salon and wouldn’t answer her phone, so there was no way to address the issue. Despite the poor service, I still paid in full, which makes it even more frustrating. NEVER again! I am embarrassed to have this set on my hands I look forward to removing them off!

The staff is always friendly and professional, and they take their time to make sure every detail is perfect. The atmosphere is relaxing, and they offer a wide variety of colors and designs to choose from. Every visit feels like a treat, and the quality is unmatched. This is hands-down the best nail salon out there!

She paid so much attention to detail, ensuring my nails looked perfect. The pedicure was especially relaxing – she really took her time, and it felt great. The salon itself was very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. Prices were fair and affordable, which was a nice bonus. They also offer drinks, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the location is easy to find. I’ll definitely be coming back!
