1 /5 Deena Rabadi: My cousin and I have been coming here for a while, but after todayās experience, we will not be returning! I was assigned a nail tech named Jason who only does acrylics, and I was shocked to learn that he has been doing nails for yearsābecause his work looked like he was just learning how to do nails!
As someone who does nails myself, I gave him constructive criticism on how to properly apply acrylic, but I came here to relax, not to teach. The shape was terrible, the acrylic application was uneven, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I didnāt even let him finish because I was upset with how it came out and I had to leave to pick up my child from school!
To make matters worse, the owner wasnāt in the salon and wouldnāt answer her phone, so there was no way to address the issue. Despite the poor service, I still paid in full, which makes it even more frustrating. NEVER again! I am embarrassed to have this set on my hands I look forward to removing them off!
