5 /5 Ashtin Fudge: Julie did a wonderful job with my gel mani! She was patient, efficient and very sweet. I had some trouble picking a color because the glitter I wanted was too transparent but she took the time to help me find a few options and I never felt rushed. Tina did a great job with my pedi too. I will definitely be back!

2 /5 Anja Milicic: I’ve had some really hit or miss experiences here but it’s usually good enough that I come back since it’s close to my house. Today Emma worked on my nails and the experience was awful. She rushed through the process and was the opposite of gentle. The result is sloppy nails of all different shapes. I requested almond without a super sharp point but what I got was something between round and oval with a few pointed nails. At one point I mentioned one of them looked a little thick and she rudely responded “I’m not done! I’m still working!” Which that is fair but I’d rather mention something while it can still be fixed instead of waiting until the very end. After that she got even more rude towards me and aggressively buffed my nails. When she asked me to check the shape before putting on the final coat I just agreed to get this experience over with. After the way she already responded I figured there was no point. The nails are passable enough that I would possibly have come back if the customer service wasn’t so bad. This will be my last attempt with this nail salon.

5 /5 Mary Hutti: I rarely take the time to write a review, but this place was worth sharing about. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to getting my nails done. Sanitation is not something I mess around with. Because of this I have avoided nail salons that were not located in a spa or club of some sort. However, I have lived in Plano for some time now and I always see Majestic. They seem clean and so today I decided on a whim to go in. It was extremely well kept and clean, and they made sure to extra sanitize the tools for me because I told them that was important to me. I got the dip with tips and a design for $65. Lee was an absolute pleasure. She listened to me and allowed me to change my mind on the length of my nails and she never rolled her eyes. She smiled and was kind. This is huge because I found at large nail salons, customer service is rarely a top priority because so many people come in and out. I will for sure be returning to Majestic, and seeing my girl Lee! I recommend this place! I did not get a pedicure but it looked clean and nice.

4 /5 Ella V: I went in for a pedicure Sunday night and it was pretty great. I asked for a basic pedicure but they were quite persistent in upgrading which is always a turn off. I dont care for the scrubs or masks so I keep it simple. After about the 3rd or 4th time they insisted, I gave in... I did enjoy the use of fresh aloe vera and the technicians care but unlikely to return, I shouldnt have to decline a service more than once.

1 /5 Julisa Johnson: It was my first time here. I showed the picture of the nail set I wanted which was the 2nd picture and my nails look nothing like the picture . Paid $85 along with getting my eyebrows done and the only thing that was worth paying was my eyesbrows. They told me they could do it just like the picture but didn’t . Just talked me right to the seat !!
