5 /5 Tim K: I work in jal / Hobbs area and drive a Porsche cayenne 2016 turbo. I have brought this car several times for regular maintenance, and once for an actual issue. He does NOT take advantage of you. All his prices industry competitive l and he does great work. I got a quote from porshe directly for some similar work. He was cheaper by about 35-40% on labor. Parts cost were same as the quota from Porsche dealer. Considering he is THE ONLY import repair specialist in the Permian basin. He could easily mark up like most Permian basin companies do. He does not!!! Staff is great too. I would recommend Ronnie to anyone!

5 /5 Yu Jae Pil (JP): Had my BMW turned down from 3 other shops before I was referred here. After talking to Ronnie, I immediately felt reassured that he would be able to fix my car. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning, had it back in by the end of that same day. Very pleased with the quality of work, the price of repairs/labor and the friendly customer serviced I received. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who has an imported car.

1 /5 Erick Carrasco: First off, I just want to warn you that if you break down in this area, DO NOT bring your vehicle to this shop!! It will take them weeks before they even look at it. Ronnie little field is one of the most disrespectful humans I have ever in countered. He absolutely only cares about making a dollar. It doesn’t matter to them if you’re paying out of pocket for a rental car for a month, he will tell you “ what difference does it make, if you car is here one month, or two months” it actually makes a big difference, it’s. $1,400 out of pocket difference. I’ve lived all over the United Sates and never seen such horrible customer service and disrespect form a repair shop.

5 /5 Larry Satterfield: I was a little hesitant about giving them a chance after reading some of these bad reviews, but went there anyway. He stopped what he was doing to answer all my questions and was very polite, patient and respectful to me and my many questions. He let me know he didn’t have a special charger that my car battery needed and he gave me some good advice for when I have to deal with the car dealership. I will definitely go back if another need arises.
