Nicole Morris My first visit was great. I arrived early and had minimal wait time to be taken into the back. The Dr. Was running behind due to the delivery of a baby, but the staff was very apologetic and gave me a choice to wait or reschedule, and I chose to wait. Once she arrived, the communication with Dr. Akonye was amazing, she listened to my concerns and we made a plan that works for me. I felt like a person that was heard and understood and not a number to meet a quota. I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

Helene Gravier I have had wonderful experiences at this location. Doctor Lim is very knowledgeable kind and patient and has provided me with excellent care after a torn rotator cuff. The staff is very friendly and the place is super clean!

Mr SA Very knowledgeable. Doctor Chen has delivered 2 beautiful babies (HIGH risk) for us - Thank you ! Doctor Chen will Not sugar coat anything, so he is not for snowflakes ! If he’s late to the office, duh -he delivers babies, which come out when they need to! Dr Chen 10 Stars. Thanks for Everything Dr. ! And I know for a fact he works with “certain “ mothers with some certain needs. So before putting him down, look in the mirror !

Patty Abrego Have been seeing Dr. Maria Jirka for multiple PCP concerns over 6 years. She has always been professional and able to think outside the box regarding my multiple health issues from broken bones thru a complex brain surgery. As a retired RN, I can only give them the heights t of marks.

Jim Cliffe I just returned from having 3 procedures done at Star Vascular and could not be more delighted and impressed with the combination of professionalism and compassion shown by everyone. Ive had 12 surgeries or procedures in the last year and rate my experience today at the very top from all aspects. I think today was typical with lots of patients, lots of demands on staff but I was in and out in 2 hours which included recovery time and believe it could not have been done more efficiently anywhere. P.S. I dont do surveys or write reviews but am so appreciative for my treatment today I felt compelled to tell someone.

From the moment we arrived, she was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also so kind and compassionate. Her positive attitude and attentive care truly lifted everyone’s spirits. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. We’re so grateful for the kindness and dedication she showed us during such a challenging time. Parg M (BoyMom) Definitely does not have companion for there patients. My son was there for his appointment right on time and was told he was late since he didn’t arrive 15-20 min early. Never was I made aware if I was not 15min early that I would be late and my appointment would be canceled. My son has another appointment that same day in the same building and there clinic told me I needed to be there 15 min early which I was. Terrible patient care. We waited 4 months for the appointment and now have to wait another 4 months to see the doctor. What a shame. I just hope the management will make the changes to include that information in the text messages and phone calls like the other clinics do. I even have the messages that show there was no communication about 15min prior arrival time.

Mariajose Arredondo Without a doubt, the best pediatrician in the city. I won’t let anyone else touch my baby. That’s coming from someone who had a home birth and is very protective of her space especially in regards to the medical field!

jeremyah Taylor Hi,I’m jeremyah I’ve recently just had the gastric sleeve surgery In june. I am currently 2 weeks post op and feel great. I started my journey back in June of 2023 I was with the program for about 3 months till my parents decided not to go back for some reason it wasn’t until march of 2024 that I decided to go back being 399.79 lbs. I then realized I needed to go back and get that surgery if I wanted a better life in the future. So month by month I started to drop weight rapidly 25lbs the first month 20lbs the second. Then by the day of surgery I was 339lbs I felt like I was starting to get my life back on track. I am currently 322lbs since march and I am extremely proud of myself and how far I’ve come.I couldn’t have done this without my amazing nurses Regina, my nutritionist Hope, and most importantly Dr.O’connor. She is the reason this is all happening and I can’t thank her enough with the drive she gave me and the determination she always has a demeanor of when you walk into a room she will have a smile no matter what and she makes you feel comfortable like you’ve never been before. So I recommend after my story that’s not over yet. I tell anyone that is thinking about having this surgery to do it. Don’t be afraid or scared you have the most amazing and caring team by your side.

Brittany Leigh Today was the final convincing that I need to switch clinics. Ive been trying all week to fax over forms for a new formula prescription. While I get confirmation after confirmation on my end, they never seem to receive my faxes. Ive been told they use an "electronic fax" that is inaccessible and uncheckable. They just basically wait (and hope) that the electronic fax system "reads" the fax (handwritten or otherwise) and itself transfers the forms to the correct patients folder. And it takes 3 hours for them to know if this even happened.. if it even happens. This is all to say that Ive never had a good experience with the office staff. They are generally unfriendly, and it takes forever to get a call thru. The office waits are extremely long, and they did away with the walk-in clinic, which to me was one of its few perks. Now I will say Ive never had an issue with their doctors or residents. We had Dr Jeremy Stewart and he was amazing. Unfortunately, this being a residency program, he is on to bigger and better things. Which I now realize is my other reason to switch--for all the amazing resident doctors working here, they too will move on, and over the years Ill be perpetually rotating thru doctors, instead of sticking with ones weve come to trust and appreciate.
