5 /5 Beau Martin: I was told to come here by a lady named Nacy G In a nursing home my wife was taking care of. She said its the best church shes ever been at. I Being a new follower of Christ and trying to lead my family in the ways of the Lord I went and gave this church a shot. I didnt know how the church worked or what worship was all I knew was I wanted to follow after Christ and serve. I was nervous. I was immediately given smiles walking through the door. The childrens nursery where I dropped my son off was filled with little running feet and happy parents saying hello to me and my son. Before service everyone was fellowshipping. When service was about to begin I sat in the back of the church, being the shy person I am. I was greeted pastor Scott and Kim (Pastor Chris wife.) they gave me a warm welcome. When worship began it was led by Toby Baxley a phenomenal singer and musician. With his wife Melissa accomping him and other musicians. I then heard the sermon given by pastor Scotts son Matthew and teared up the whole time. The teaching was biblical. The was no cherry picking. Just straight truth from the word of God. Upon leaving everyone stayed around and chatted. Like a true family. I have been here at this church going on almost a year now. Ive brought my family and havent left since. I have grown tremendously under the teachings of KBCs solid doctrine, being discipled by the amazing Youth pastor Murray. I came in drinking milk, he helped me start eating some meat (maturing in my walk with the Lord.) Being tought by Chris the main pastor he is a outstanding preacher very wise and humorous. I always leave every Sunday with the sermon still resonating with me throughout the week. Its just so Good! This is a Holy spirit filled church!
Scott the associate pastor writes great books with solid biblical teachings. He is a very intelligent man! He always has the answers to hard questions! This church is the true definition of what biblical worship is supposed to be. They stick to the truth and dont shy from it. Please come, I promise you, you will enjoy it!
