Kenny Nails - Brownsville (TX)

1 /5 Sylvia Williams: Customer of years here and Kenny (specifically) has been very rude. He has tried to belittle me and my daughter, I have tried to book appointments multiple times and he has cancelled them twice and with no reason. He got offended due to my daughter asking to reschedule an appointment due to her back injury that was obviously unplanned. And he refused to reschedule or reimburse the 10 dollars needed to only schedule an appointment We called and he ignored our numbers until I used an unknown number and he simply told us Tina was busy and to go find somewhere to go. Tina is amazing though she gives excellent service. She was always very sweet but as for the little man not at all.

1 /5 gelo aguilar: Bro what a rude business owner no respect at all for new customers… we came all the way from dallas tx for rude service im sure the man in the front wont miss my little 45 bucks for pedicure even though his sign said 40 wow!!!! How petty !!!!! Thnx ken we appreciate you not taking care of us because T&T NAILS TOOK CARE OF MY WIFE as soon as we went into T&T NAILS SPA smiles all around hallelujah for good service at T&T NAILS SPA!!!!!!!!

5 /5 Alexis Sanchez: I dont know how people are complaining, I got good service at Royal nails but they were very detailed here at Kennys with everything as far as shape and color, will definitely be coming back. Very friendly staff as well
