1 /5 Jeanette delgado: I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time and have always been patient and pleasant during my visits. I especially appreciate the work done by the nail technicians at tables 5 and 6. However, the long wait times have become frustrating. Today, I waited for an hour and a half. I didn’t mind when three other clients were seated before me, but after that, a woman and her two children arrived and were given priority because they "had to leave." It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially since I had already been waiting for so long. If I had been informed that the wait time would be nearly two hours, I would have chosen to come back another day. It’s disappointing that loyal customers aren’t given the same consideration as others. I hope the salon improves its appointment and walk-in management to provide fairer service to all clients. Sadly I won’t return.

1 /5 Stadine 365: They rushed me through the service. The man didnt do the design I asked for on my nails & didnt let me choose the pedicure. I do not recommend this place & I wont go back again.

5 /5 Rebekah Dlain: Vi always does an amazing job on my nails. Takes her time and listens to my requests without any judgement or frustration! There is a gentleman that sits next her, I wish I could remember his name. He has done my nails a few times and he also does an amazing job!!

1 /5 Eliria Peña: I’ve been coming here for years, they didn’t tell me there was a wait. Only one girl ahead of me, I waited two hours. I’ve never had to wait that long in the almost 10 years of coming here. So when I asked if they would do a discount for the wait not even mentioning they left acrylic under my nails, half assed the nail job itself, she told me no. And got snarky. I use to love them, but they really gone so down hill. Sad.

1 /5 Christyna Taylor: WOW!! Do NOT come here! They literally had some untrained guy try to do me pedicure!! Ive been going to salons for over 20 years, this was the worst, most comical/scariest experience Ive ever had! 1st, the chairs were extremely worn down and uncomfortable (least of my concern) The "New" guy they had put with me, over filled the foot soak tub with ICE cold water, when i reluctantly complained, he added more COLD water, nearly filling the bowl completely....when he started water jets, he had the piece on incorrectly, and water started shooting out, all over the floor, creating a HUGE mess!!! Ill admit, I should of just walked out then, but I didnt..stupid. my nerves were shot, and I knew my toes were about to butchered. He pulls out the drill, to remove the old polish, and I kid you not, his hands were shaking more then cheap massage chair! He kept hitting my toes with the drill...big toe, second toe, ...when he hit the 3rd toe, I yelped, and jumped outta the chair. NOPE!!! Why would you put him on the floor with paying customers?!! Have him practice on the employees!!! They then had a nice older lady finish the job. Without me saying a word, she felt the water and switched my chairs immediately. However the experience was not worth the $75 I paid. Never again!
